The Last Embrace 27 Point Of No Return

He halted on his tracks, he was totally stunned!

"Y-you want me to erase all our memories together?" his voice gone cold. He feels like a ton of bricks were being purposefully dumped into his chest, he had difficulty breathing.

Jessy was gnawing on her lower lip, she suddenly felt agitated. She thought it will be easy that way, erase everything and start all over again. She's been clinging desperately unto their beautiful memories these past days, that is why she can't move on. Everything is fresh, it's hard to forget something as fresh as their blossoming love affair. Gone too soon!

"You want to erase all our beautiful memories together?" he still can't believe it.

She felt a growing lump in her throat. "It's all your fault, Adam. I did not stop loving you. You've change. You started this! Now you need to finish this!" she retorted back.

"Do you think it's easy, huh? You want me to forget you? How can I ever forget my first love?" Jessy continued her rants, every words that came out from her mouth were full of agony.

Adam was at loss with words. He did not expect that it would result in this. Erasing their beautiful memory in her mind is ten times more painful than their break up. He does not want Jessy to entirely forget him, he just wants her to move on from their relations.h.i.+p. Erasing her memory would mean he would be losing her precious love which he treasures very much. But on the other hand, it's also a good thing, meaning she can move on easily and have a brand new start with his brother as his future wife without the painful memories of their ill-fitted romance.

Now the table is suddenly turned on him. What will he do?

What is the best option then...for both of them?

His irregular breathing makes his head spin. He broke into cold sweat. If he will make a mistake today it cannot be reversed.

What if he can't bear the pain of losing her and she will no longer love him back after he will erase their memory?

Losing Jessy is something he can get accustomed to, no matter how painful it is, but losing her completely by eradicating their love and memory on each other is too much for him to accept. He wants to live in her heart and mind forever even if he already lies buried ten feet below the ground, even if she loves and marries somebody else, he wants her to remember him as her first love.

He needs a few minutes to process all this...

She's been waiting for his reaction on her request. Instead, what she saw in his face is a full display of confusion, pain, and hurt. A bitter smile curled on her lips, so he was also hurting just like her? Just that he was a better actor than her, he can pretend he was not hurting on the outside, but deep inside he was also suffering badly from his own decision. 'Were both doomed, Adam' she speaks to herself wryly.

"Do it now!" she demanded again with urgency. She wants it to happen it right now! while she still has the courage to continue with it, before she will change her mind.

Adam closed their distance and it's awfully painful... every step is like suffocating him...

"Y-you really wanted this-Jess?" he asked again, his voice faltering, he examined her pretty face for any sign of hesitation, he found none. He closed his eyes for a second...

Flashback of their happy memories in the lake, in the woods, in the park, in the mall, in the beach and all the happy and intimate moments memories they shared together in his bed and in her bed, and all that he can ever think about them keeps flas.h.i.+ng on his mind. Did he really have the courage to wipe those precious memories to oblivion?

He gathered his strength, his hands slowly moving on to reach for her head...to give in to her demands.

There is no turning back, the inevitable is about to happen...

Jessy closed her eyes...so this is it! A chance to forget her first ever broken heart and start a new life without Adam in her heart.

He positioned both his hands in her head...he stood still...then he closes his eyes as if concentrating...

Seconds ticking...

The dried leaves falling...

An owls howling can be heard from the distance...

The total blackness of the night blanketed around them, feeding hungrily on their state of desolation.

Then all of sudden, Jessy heard gentle waves cras.h.i.+ng down on her feet, huh? How can the waves come into the middle of the woods? She opened her left eye first and her right eye followed, then both her eyes widened! They were no longer in the woods, they were on the beach!

Her face suddenly brightens, a wide smile broke from her lips while her eyes were feasting greedily on the beautiful serene surroundings around them. She comes back to her little paradise!

She almost has forgotten the guy beside her.

Adam has been watching the display of amazement in her eyes upon discovering they were back on the beach, their own little paradise. He had seen her brightest smile again and it reached the deepest recesses in his heart. A tear fell from his right eye. He comes too close on losing her smile...

Then Jessy looked at him, saw the tear fell from his eye. 'Y-you're crying?" She quickly plucked the single tear in her palm like it's a precious jewel before it falls into the ground, then another tear was fast approaching, she catches them again. She never saw him cry.

"I'm so sorry, Jess. I can't do it!" he said, voice cracking.

The moment his arms reached for her body, she melted in his arms.

She sobbed in his chest, huge fat tears were coming out fast from her eyes, she empties them all on his s.h.i.+rt.

They were both crying...

They came so close on deleting something so beautiful, so precious that it will transcend times, boundaries and centuries.

"I love you so much, Jess!" he whispered over and over again. He hugged her tightly, never wanting to let her go, ever again.

"I love you more...Adam," she replied sweetly.

He let out a sighed of relief and rub her back.

He was about to kiss her on the lips when his phone ring. He totally forgets about Nana Aida! He answered his phone right away.

"Adam, where is Jessy? Y-you found her?" Nana's worried voice come blasting on his ear.

"Yes, Nana. I found Jessy, yeah she is safe, Am with her, we will go home now soon. Yes, were on the woods. No, you don't need to come," he smiled. Then he turn off his phone and put it back on his pocket and continue hugging his little G.o.ddess. It's good to smell her womanly scent again, smell her hair and caress it as much as he wants.

This night won't be completed if he can't taste her lips again. He's been dying to kiss her again.

He seeks her mouth, and their lips locked in a pa.s.sionate kiss.

Their make up kiss was so glorious, so sweet, they melted into heaps on the ground, Jess' body lying below Adam's body, he was on top of her.

Oh, G.o.d, he misses this! Felt her softness again down there...

"What you want, Jess? Kissing, grinding or straddling?" he said in a husky voice, teasing her with his signature smirk. He runs his tongue on the inside of her ear.

His action brought hot liquid sensation into Jess' stomach, spreading rapidly throughout her body and into her lower region. She felt hot all of a sudden.

"We will do both," she purred like a kitten ready to be slaughtered with his kisses.

Adam smirk widens, what the heck-Jess? He feels amused. "You suddenly turn into a vixen, a seductress!" he chuckled while tickling her side. She shakes with laughter.

They dissolved into laughter...

"You just destroyed the mood...babe," she moaned, clinging to his arms, pressing her body to his.

Adam looked at her intently. Oh G.o.d~ she's fully aroused! Or she was just teasing him?

"Later babe..." he whispered naughtily in her ears. He pulled her body up, they were standing side by side, watching the beautiful scenery around them. Endless white sand, majestic sh.o.r.eline, gentle waves cras.h.i.+ng into the seash.o.r.e, a star-filled night above the sky, coconut trees leaves were swaying freely with the wind, the occasional humming of birds coming from the branches of trees few meters away completed the splendid ambiance of the place.

"Oh my, such a perfect place!" she murmured.

"Perfect indeed!" he agreed.

"Come~ let stroll in the sh.o.r.eline a bit, then we will go home, we can't stay late here, 'coz Nana is waiting for us." He pulled her towards his body and planted a wet kiss on her lips.

After done with their strolling, they teleported back into the mansion.

Nana Aida was already waiting for them at the entrance of the mansion, her face full of worry, suddenly her worried look turns in to relief after seeing Jessy.

"You okay, Jess? Where have you been?" she was about to go to her side, but her steps were halted when she saw their hands linked together. She looked at their happy lovey-dovey faces...and she already knew.

"You two made up already?" she asked.

Adam and Jessy looked at each other grinning.

"Well...what can I say?" Nana Aida's face broke into a wide smile. "Go ahead now into your rooms," she dismissed them.

"...And remember...don't do something stupid upstairs, okay?" she looked at them sternly.

Jess was blus.h.i.+ng and Adam was smirking.

"Don't worry Nana, we will just play solitaire card games," he said sheepishly.

The older woman shook his head and murmured...'Lovers!' then she turns around to lock the main door.

Then the lovebirds climb the stairs in a hurry, they ended up in Adam's room...on the top of his bed.

He lay on top of her, his hard body pressing her soft body, he groaned...while she lay down below him seductively, she stared at his face in heady antic.i.p.ation...

A dark pool of desire and potent sensation gathered around Adam's irises. He suddenly feels hungry for her skin, her smell, her touch and her soft body on top of his. He's so addicted to everything about her. He was so stupid to let go of someone like Jess.
