The Outer Area surrounds one Mile around the Inner Area, the Inmer area is a Smaller HQ and the Outer area is a Recruitment Area, a long track goes around the base and multiple barracks has been made around the base, each one holds hundreds of Recruits, the Shootimg range for all weapons, the Vehicles have been set here not all but quite the number, the Recruits had been traning like h.e.l.l, Higgins transfered the Training and how its done over to multiple Instructors and Elites will also step up from time to time to help out.
