Soon the morning came and Ned stirred awake only to find that Lori was not beside him.

Of course he knew that she was an early riser. And from the past times he had been with her, she always got up early in order to cook for him.

After an hour or so of reading, he excused himself, then went to pick Lori and go enjoy his morning with her.

They walked around the lovely city and enjoyed the company of each other. Like usual he took Lori to taste any food he liked with him.

He noticed that Lori kept glancing around like she was looking for someone. So he asked her.

"Who are you looking for?"

"I thought that I saw Lucy earlier, and I wanted to make sure." She said, but Ned could detect a hint of guilt in her voice. He tilted his head in confusion.

Since yesterday night and the 'talk' he had with Lori, he understood many things.

First was that he was a man. And he was attracted to women. His master was probably the most beautiful of them all, hence his earlier feelings.

Second was that if a girl threw herself at him, and his current partner didn't mind, he would accept. And he wouldn't deny it even for a second that the thought of having a lot of women in live with him made him happy.

He had originally prepared to tell Lucy off for using Lori, but it appeared Lori was smarter than to be fooled.

"h.e.l.lo Lucy, how have you been?" Ned greeted her with a smile.

"I'm fine Ned, what about you? I've been meaning to find you before but you just disappeared. Thank goodness we met by coincidence." Lucy said and saw the corners of his lips twitch and knew that he was on to them so her cheeks reddened a bit.

"I have been training yes, I'm sorry for the inconvenience" Ned replied and ignored what he heard, something both Lori and Lucy was thankful for.

"Can we go to somewhere more private?" Lucy said, and led the way upon seeing Ned nod.

She was determined to confess to him this day and no one would stop her.

While Ned himself even if he knew what was coming was enjoying it due to the change of pace. From hunting beasts to hunting maidens. The thought itself was funny to him.
