The old man, Alaster, got over his momentary shock and asked Ned "Would you like to know something from me, I did agree to answer some of your questions after all"

"Why are you hiding your ident.i.ty?" Ned after recovering asked him.

"Would you believe me if I said I made this whole inn at this city just to wait for a certain someone?" the old man said.

"Sure why not? But they must be quite important for the kingdom to send a rank 8 to get him" Ned said.

"Ay the kingdom already found that person and they are now treating him like a prince." Alaster said, while sighing, clearly disapproving of that 'prince'.

Ned was now perplexed with all this talk. So he just asked "So you had a disagreement on that person and now you are looking for the one that you feel is the correct person?"

The old man gave a nod, and was thankful for Ned's quick uptake on the subject.

"Alright, then do you mind if I ask, do you need something else from me? I have already answered your questions" Ned said after he felt like they talked enough. He still had to enter the s.p.a.ce to train after which he will think of what guild to join.

"If I may be rude, I still want to ask you something?" Alaster said.

And Ned nodded his head "Sure" .

I wouldn't sacrifice myself for someone I don't know, although I wouldn't do any unrighteous thing, I would kill if I was in danger of dying, these aren't qualities of a hero. I'm just a normal guy trying to survive, and once I'm strong enough I want to roam the world searching for new things"

Although the he said he would kill if he was in danger, he wouldn't know for sure after all he was a modern guy, he wasn't sure he could stomach killing someone.

Once he got inside the room, he locked it and entered into the s.p.a.ce, went to his home, sat on the bed as he read the info of the scan used on the potion.
