Uncontrollably falling to the rain clogged ground, Rais arched his neck, gasping for a breath of air.

Though from sharp electric pain, his body turned stiff.

Blood flowed out of his nose and shoulder, while his body vibrated from excruciating agony. He wanted it to end; fast, he tried to rip his arm apart.

To ease the pain, he tried to curl up his stiff limbs, but they didn't comply. Gasping for air, he coughed, red fluid and blood came from his mouth.

The curse gradually invaded every part of his body, to slowly destroy it piece by piece from within. While it overwhelmed his frail body, it turned red, swollen, and unrecognizable. The black fire began burning his arm, but something inside his body fought to extinguish it, making the pain last longer.

Immediately arriving beside Rais, Anila held him, but Rais could not feel her touch. The rain stayed floating in the air, but drops of water still dripped on him.

A red magic circle formed in Anila's blood-covered hand; while stabilizing his body, she began losing her life aura.

"Mom," he wanted to stop the water from dropping.

"Rais, mom is here."

"Everything will be fine," her eyes became empty.

"Mom will fix everything."

"Mom, I am sorry,"

"I didn't come back home,"

"on time."

"Mom, somehow this feels very familiar as if this happened before,"

"There are things, I can't remember,"

"I don't belong in this world."

"I belong in a dying desolate one, but somehow I am here."

"I let everyone down," he wanted to live, explore the world with his friends. He desired to find the unknown, make his mother happy, and proud of him, but he couldn't move any longer. He would never achieve them; that idea crushed him.

Losing life aura, Anila broke down and started aging; she tried to place the constraining seals back on, but they did no effect on Rias. She let out a maniacal scream. Rais body started burning in black fire. She wanted to stop her son's pain, but when the pain almost ended, she needed it to continue. Why didn't the fire stop?

She gazed towards the Divine Lighting Deer and the Agent of the Forest G.o.d. Her aura locked onto them; they became frozen with terror.

Millions of ice needles continually, stabbed the skeleton almost destroying it. Murderous energy ravaged a large area of the forest while the force launched the deer far inside.

"Whose aura did I sense earlier, near my son." Her attack nearly killed the divine beast and the agent; however, a blinding light held her back from destroying them.

Sumaia, who was with Anila, already had taken the kids in their houses and left them there.

While a blinding light approached Rais, the rain began falling again.

"Although barely, he still lives. What kind of b.a.s.t.a.r.d, would attack a young boy with an absolute ability curse? Forgive me, unusual child; you couldn't live for five more months."

"Uncle, can't you remove the curse," the divine tree asked the Forest G.o.d."

"No, the absolute ability was designed to destroy the G.o.ds. There lies no counter to it. When something exceedingly powerful appears, heaven must create a balance."

"Since I am unable to help you, I will lend your friends my divine rune. Though to what level, they unlock it's potential depends on them," a voice entered dying Rais's head.

After healing the Divine Lightning Deer and the flame skeleton, the light despaired; Leaving Rais within the storm alone, while Anila sat down while her curse attacked her.

"I guess it will fall on me, but It is as I feared this flame is inextinguishable," the noise of the chains became louder.

"How?" From deep within the forest, Forest G.o.d saw Rais standing up with all his injuries. His amber eyes turned to the color of ruby while he made a thundering roar towards the sky.

"Something is awaking," Forest G.o.d immediately created a gigantic dome around the forest from dense mana. Every major power nearby the immense primeval forest became alarmed, fearing it's expansion.

Rais fell again, but a strange, intricate pattern appeared on his back. His ruby eyes released two jade-green beams of light piercing through the clouds towards the void.

With powerful Shockwave, an extreme amount of dense spiritual energy beamed outward. Crystallized dome formed by Forest G.o.d, prevented spiritual power from spreading deep into the outer world.

Ripping apart the cursed fire away from Rais's body, the spiritual power struck it from every direction, preventing it began spreading. The trees around Rais burned to ash as the black fire escaping his body.

The rainwater instantly vaporized, and the clouds ripped apart from the dominating force. The ground burned into molten lava. First shock wave disrupted the storms ruthless encroachment.

Then It ripped through the heart of the storm, momentarily making the sky clear. The moons in the sky seemed like jealous, hateful, greedy eyes, staring beneath; beneath at a more transcendent light.

Excited by the dense spiritual energy, numerous deprived spirits trapped within the mortal realm strived to pierce through the dome. Failing to reach the source, they turned Insane, forgetting even their intrusion of the forest.

From the north, surrounded by thunderous lightning armor and murky water, while guided by its mad instinct; an enormous Blind t.i.tan Whale Spirit rushed out of the restless deep ocean. Releasing powerful spiritual force and deadly sound waves, it joined other spirits on attacking the mana barrier.

At the same time staring below with its singular obsidian ovoid eye, a ghastly, shadow spirit of many drifting hands, settled on top of the barrier. It opened and latched its hideous thousand toothed mouths in excitement. A two-headed gray devil bat soared in circles, observing the situation. Its spiritual body overflowed with purple vein-like filaments, crawled below, eager to suffocate anything beneath the barrier.
