" That's strange . But maybe it's the fault of the sarin light poison that's inside you . It makes you unable to feel things clearly or use your full powers . " said king Charles .

On the other hand Kiara had already arrived home . She was about to ring the bell when her brother opened the door.

"Finally , you're back ! I was just going to go out to find ya ." said Justin .

"Has anything happened while I was at school ? " asked Kiara a bit suspicious.

"Then I am all ears ...." said Kiara and then she smelled the aroma of fresh pancakes with strawberry and cream caramel .

"Better say , I will be all ears after I eat those delicious pancakes . Such a nice fragrance !!" said Kiara with a dreamy face .

"The kitchen is at the second floor how could you smell it from this far ? Are you a dog ?! " said Justin who held back his laugh .

Kiara loved eating more than anything especially the pancakes her mom prepared for her .

" I don't wish to ruin the nice mood right now , so I will take revenge on you later for what you just said ."said Kiara and headed straight to the kitchen .

' She would normally try to beat me up ...She's acting strange . What important info does she have ?! Anyway better go and catch a bite otherwise there will be nothing left because of her . ' thought Justin and hurried to the stairs that lead to the kitchen.

When Justin arrived at the kitchen he saw that Aria had already sat down and was eating fast .

"Mom ! She will finish them all . " said Justin in a fake sad tone .

Jason also came , the three of them started to eat and laugh . Kiara's mom loved to see her children smile together like that , it made her realize that despite the difficulties they were facing and the fact that her husband had become an alcoholic jobless person , there would at least be something in which she would find joy .

After eating till they were full Kiara helped her mother cleaning the table and Justin washed the dishes . It took a while but the both of them finished quickly and went to the living room .
