The Bad Boy Wants Me 4 Chapter 4

Skylar was already having breakfast when her mom came downstairs. She could tell that she was a bit puzzled to see her there and ready for school.

"Morning mom"

"Morning baby. Why are you already done? Was school that great?"

"No. I am walking with my friend to school"

"I see. So, you don't need me to drop you off at school?"

"No. thanks"

She gets up from the table when she is done. "Bye mom" as she places a kiss on her cheek. "Bye honey. Have a great day."

Lola is already waiting for outside when she arrives at her house. "Morning. Where you waiting long?"

"Yes" Lola said. Making a pouty face. "Sorry"

She laughs "I was just joking. I just came outside. Let's go"

We walk to school and we make it with a good amount of time to spare. We head to our lockers. Skylar heart drops when she sees those guys. By those guys she meant the popular boys in the school.

She wanted to turn back but it seemed as if Lola was used to it. As if sensing her reluctance, she turns to her "Don't worry Skylar they will barely notice us. I'm used to this."

"Okay if you say so."

She carries on walking. They seem to be arguing about something. She held her breath as they were pa.s.sing them. "You" They both stop dead in their tracks and turn to the direction where the sound is coming from.

"Can you come over here."

Skylar notices that they are speaking to her. "Go. You don't want to be on their bad side" Lola whispers it.

She walks over to the crowd of boys. Skylar gets there but she doesn't know what to do and how to act. "What's your name?" the guy who had called her over asked.

"Skylar Gray" she replied.

"I'm Jessie. It's nice to meet you."

"Like wise" she didn't want to be asked anymore questions, so she decided to walk away. She went back to Lola and they proceeded walking.

"Jessie called you over" Lola squealed

"Yeah. So?"

"It's a big deal. He is also very popular. He is the second most handsome guy in school. Reign being first of course. They are best friends."

Skylar really didn't care for all this. She wanted to just focus on her school work. "Lola, what cla.s.s do you have first?"

"I have English and you."

"Just as I guessed. Sciences"

Skylar waited for everyone to go in so she doesn't seat in someone's seat and make an enemy. She went to seat by the benches with Lola until the bell rang. "See you later."

She went into her science cla.s.sroom and she looked around for a place to seat. She spotted a seat and she dreaded it. She would be seating in front of Reign and Jessie. She doesn't make eye contact with them as she walks over to the empty desk and sits down.

She sits next to a cute guy. "Hey. I'm Tyler" his hand is reached out. "I'm Skylar" as she takes his hand. She takes out her books from her bag and her notepad. Tyler turns to her. "How have you been liking it here so far?"

She thinks about it for a second. "It's not so bad and I have made a new friend. Which is great."

"Are you coming to the party?"

"No." she didn't even know what party he was talking about to begin with.

"You must come. It's going to be rad."

"I will think about it." She probably wouldn't. Her mind was made up. She didn't want to go anywhere.

A voice from the back booms "How will you think about it when you don't know where the party is."

She and Tyler turn. She finds that the voice came from Jessie. She blushes because she knows she was caught out in her lie. "Skylar. You haven't forgotten about me?" Reign said.

She finally looked at him. She didn't want to stare like she already had. "Stop teasing her" Jessie cuts in.

"How about I fetch you?" Jessie offers.

She quickly denies the offer. "No thanks. I don't feel like going out."

Jessie pouts "why?" she had to admit that Lola was right. Jessie was also a stud. He was good looking. With sand blonde hair and caramel eyes.

She blushed furiously when she realized that she was staring again. The teacher walks in and Skylar turns around as she is relieved. She started jotting down notes on her notepad, but she could feel two sets of eyes boring into her back.

She could see Tyler also stealing glances at her. She wanted to turn and ask him what he wanted but she thought against it. She didn't want to be a trouble maker.

She could hear Reign and Jessie murmuring amongst themselves. She wanted to tell them to keep quiet, but she couldn't. she remembered what Lola had said. She didn't want to be on their bad side. She went back to trying to focus on her work.

When cla.s.s finished, she started packing up and she headed to her next cla.s.s which was English. She wanted to scream or better yet ditch the whole cla.s.s. But she knew she couldn't. She didn't have a backbone in her to do that.

She went to cla.s.s and she sat down. She heard the chair next to her pull back and she saw Reign sitting down. She didn't think him to be the type to be early.

Skylar takes out her books and she starts making notes because she knows how the teacher is. She doesn't mind Reign.

Reign leans in so he can what she was writing. Skylar stops writing, and she gives him that look which meant he was bothering her.

He tilts his head. "You like school don't you."

"No but I like getting good grades."

"I didn't think you were that type Skylar." He drags her name out.

"Not all of us are here to suck other people's faces." She retorts back.

Reign blushed. When was the last time he had done that? This girl was just blunt. "We only did that once"

She shrugs her shoulders "Whatever. I don't care. It's none of my business what you do."

He looked at her. Skylar turns to ask why was he staring at her but she gets caught in his eyes.
