Captain Allen walked towards Dylan's room and knocked. As he opened the door he saw Dylan drinking milk and the girl clutching her belly as she laughed.
"So, you have gotten close already?" The Captain said.
He saw Dylan about to stand so he gestured him to sit.
"Dylan, I won't be present for a while. The Navy issued a new mission for me."
"huh? Then, good luck Captain!" Dylan cheered for Allen.
Allen left the room and headed for the HQ main office. He knocked the door and headed inside.
Inside the room is 2 men, one seating another is standing beside the desk. The one seating behind the desk is Rear Admiral Dolce. He is a respected high ranking officer who is responsible for the East Bay City Navy HQ. The one beside him is Commodore Ranz also known as the HQ's Tiger. He is Commodore in rank but his strength does not pale in comparison with Dolce.
In the East Bay Navy HQ, there are 5 Rear admirals and 17 Commodores who are stationed. Dolce is the strongest of the five while Ranz is the strongest of the 17. If the HQ were to list the strongest officials Dolce will take the 1st and Ranz will be the 4th.
Allen saluted and greeted them. He stood there unmoving with the door behind his back. He did not move until the Rear Admiral permitted him to.
"Good morning, Rear Admiral Dolce and Commodore Ranz!"
"Good morning Captain Allen." The man seated stood up as he looked at Allen. He took a file from his drawer and handed it towards Ranz.
"Your mission right?" Asked Dolce as he looks at Allen. He continued, "You will collaborate with 3 more Captains, Jerry, Luke and Halt to finish this mission. Also, this will be your advancement test so good luck."
Allen nodded and waited for orders.
After some moments, the 3 Captains entered the room and greeted each other.
Commodore Ranz looked at the 4 Captains and s.h.i.+fted his sight from them towards the files given to him by Dolce. He took a deep breath before speaking.
"3 days ago, there was a transport s.h.i.+p of a Shark Cla.s.s destroyed by a large sea creature. There are over 100 people dead and at least fifty are injured.
A lot of fishers are also implicated as the danger it posits is great.
The mission issued is to hunt this creature and prevent it from disrupting the East Seas again."
Ranz stood firmly in front of the Captains as he reported what happened. He examined each of them before looking at Dolce and nodded.
"This mission will bring a lot of merits. I will allow the use of your s.h.i.+ps. I order you, Captains, in the name of the Naval Council to finish this task and return safely."
Ranz added, "Ready your crews and load your a.r.s.enal, we want you to depart tomorrow morning, understood?"

Dolce returned to his seat and turned around until his back is against the desk.
The 3 Captains saluted and left the room. Allen, Ranz, and Dolce remained. Ranz stepped near towards Allen and asked, "Any information about the intruder?"
"No, Sir."
"The any news about Dylan?"
"He is resting for a while."
Ranz nodded hearing the response. Although he knows that Dylan is currently an Ensign, he believes in the kid's capabilities. The kid graduated from the elite camp at the Great Dominance continent so it is a given that he is good. Ranz is a man who dotes to acknowledge talents that is why he inquired.
Allen knew Ranz character which is the reason he does not find it strange. Then, Allen asked, "May I know what kind of creature it is?"
Dolce responded, "It is a Blue Demon, one with 3 horns and 4 tails. Its destructive power is strong so be careful. If the estimations are correct, its danger level is D+ nearing C-."
Dolce looked through the window and watched the Sea and horizon. He suddenly remembered something and asked Allen.
"Allen, I heard Dylan wants to cross the horizon right?"
"Yes, that is the reason why he wants to rank up fast." Captain Allen confirmed, there is no need to lie. He felt the question is somehow weird so he waite for Dolce's response.
"Then, let him join the mission. I am more than glad to give him merits and let him ascend to his true rank. Let him experience a bit of the Sea's danger." Dolce smiled as he antic.i.p.ates what would the kid's reaction be.
"I am sure it would be a good training!" said Ranz.
Allen was stunned, he knows that it is generosity but as he sees Dylan as his own son he started to hesitate whether he should let Dylan partic.i.p.ate the hunt.
He added, "Let him partic.i.p.ate the hunt for the Blue Demon!"
Allen was troubled, but a higher ranks order can't be disregarded so, "Sir, yes, sir!"
He can only hope nothing happens.
