Reborn In The Narutoverse 106 The Two Tanuki Fight!

Author Note: Sorry about not releasing more yesterday, a couple of friends came by and decided to take me out bar hopping, I haven't gotten that wasted since high school, got back around 4 in the morning, and crashed until a couple of hours ago. Here's another chapter, another one is on the way.

Gaara and the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi fought alongside each other using their long range attacks. Gaara made dozens of Sand-Javelins and launched them at the White Tiger Lord while the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi pulled out 5 Golden Swords and made them increase in size as he sent them flying at their target.

The White Tiger Lord grinned, his stomach bulged outward like a balloon as he shouted, "Tiger G.o.d's Roar!"

As the sound waves slammed into Gaara's sand, the Javelins scattered to the wind while the Golden Blades continued towards their target.

The Tiger Lord was surprised by this event, he reached out and grabbed the two swords by their hilt before swinging them around in a berserker-like fas.h.i.+on.

Hundreds of sparks flew off from the powerful impacts that sent the remaining three golden blades flying back to the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi.

The Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi then jumped on top of one of the Golden Swords that he flattened out, while he grabbed on to the remaining two swords by their hilts.

The Tiger lord swung the blades a few times testing their durability, "An Immortal Grade Item! I'm impressed! Where did you get this? I'm curious as to who could make such a fine creation."

The Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi appeared to be frustrated, he held out his hand and tried to call back his sword, however, the Tiger Lord grinned before revealing his fangs and shouting, "I don't think so, you obey me now!"

With a quick shake of his hand, the struggling golden blades calmed down, the Tiger Lord then held out the tip of the sword and said, "Well, it has been a long time since I wielded a weapon."

Gaara appeared above the Tiger Lord and made a few hand signs before shooting out a ma.s.sive blast of Immortal Energy from his mouth.

"Shout of the Sand Devil!" Gaara's attack shook the surrounding s.p.a.ce causing the tiger to grin as he flexed his arm.

The Tiger Lord's body started to inflate more than double his size, every single one of his muscles grew more p.r.o.nounced and defined until his entire physique resembled a marble statue, and with a mighty and powerful swing, the Tiger Lord shattered Gaara's attack with ease.

Gaara frowned as the blade pa.s.sed through his body, a pile of sand fell to the ground in his place as he reappeared beside the Tiger Lord's back.

The Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi took this time to act, he charged towards the Tiger Lord and started to swing his blade at him, the Tiger Lord responded by lifting his arms and spinning.

Gaara and the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi backed off as the s.p.a.ce around them was engulfed by a powerful fire and ice whirlwind, as the Tiger Lord came out of his spinning motion, he charged at the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi with bloodshot eyes.

The Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi gathered golden sand around him and created dozens of imitations of his Golden Sword, the two fought back and forth fiercely, blade against blade, the two parried each other's cuts causing hundreds of concussive explosions to go off every few seconds.

Gaara jumped into the air and landed on his sand-cloud, next, he started pulling the string back on his and creating a ma.s.sive vortex that pulled in surrounding iron and sand into the shape of an arrowhead, Gaara took aim with his bow, directing it downward at the Tiger Lord's heart he let the arrow loose.

The Tiger Lord smiled and shouted, "Domain Charge!" he suddenly started to emit a pure white aura, his physique more than doubled in power as he disappeared a second before the arrow ran through him.

Gaara created a dome out of Iron Sand and went flying through the air as the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi appeared from behind the Tiger Lord and swung his blades at the Tiger Lord's back.

"Did that sand just move on its own?" The Tiger Lord said as he raised his second sword and blocked the Mysterious Ninja's sneak attack without looking.

A loud clang rang out as their swords connected, the Tiger Lord grinned, "Not bad, not bad at all! I can't even remember the last time someone attempted to a.s.sa.s.sinate me."

The Tiger Lord then spun around and aimed his sword swing at his opponent's head, the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi responded by crossing his blades and intercepting the attack.

The swords clashed together and caused a ma.s.sive gust of wind to be kicked around, pulling back his arm, the Tiger Lord swung out with all his might, cracking the s.p.a.ce around the blades like gla.s.s.

In response, the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi placed his feet into the ground and braced for the attack before shouting out, "Gold Tanuki G.o.d Armor!"

Suddenly Golden-Sand surrounded the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi's body like a full suit armor, the technique cast by the s.h.i.+n.o.bi reinforced his body several times over and caused his strength to shoot through the roof.

Their blades met with a wild concussive force that shook the surroundings, the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi's whole body shook in pain but remained intact.

Seeing that the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi had not only survived his attack but even managed to resist against a full-power strike from him without losing ground, made the wild Tiger Lord extremely, happy.

The two then smiled at one another before they started to go all out on their attacks like a couple of madmen.

Constant sonic booms echoed throughout the rain forest like terrain every time they parried, the land and trees were quickly turned to dust as the shockwaves pa.s.sed over them, the Tiger Lord was enjoying himself so much that he had already forgotten about Gaara's existence, and that would prove to be his biggest mistake.

While the two fought against one another, Gaara was standing on top of a nearby tree and was charging up his Armor of Strata with the surrounding air and Immortal Energy, thanks to the four Immortal Lords combining their Domains being full of False-G.o.d Level Energies, Gaara felt that there was almost a limitless amount to draw upon.

"Hahahaha! So much fun!" The Tiger Lord shouted as the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi started to use the third sword to attack the Tiger Lord's blind spot.

However, every time the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi touched the Tiger Lord's flesh he dodged, escaping with only a cut that ran skin deep.

After a few minutes of going back and forth, the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi had suffered numerous cuts and slashes, blood soaked his uniform, and his mask was hanging on by a few pieces of cloth.

The Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi raised his sword and tilted his hand on the hilt to intercept the Tiger's movements, as soon as their attacks met, the White Tiger paused for a second.

The great Tiger Lord noticed that no matter which way he moved his blade, the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi followed, he pulled back, the s.h.i.+n.o.bi followed, he tried to raise the sword, the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi raised it with him.

The Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi never once gave the Tiger Lord a chance to separate their blades from one another, after struggling back and forth with each other for a while, the Tiger Lord began to grow annoyed with their situation, no matter how he tried he couldn't pick up any momentum with his sword hand.

Letting out a furious roar, the White Tiger Lord brandished his remaining sword and swung out with all his strength.

"What madness is this!" The Tiger Lord shouted as he discovered himself in the same situation again. The two started to step back and forth never gaining any traction and stuck in a standstill.

A ma.s.sive gale had gathered around the tip of Gaara's arrowhead, The Armor of Strata began to glow brighter than ever before as his Immortal Energy had finally crossed the threshold into false G.o.d territory.

"Gungnir!" As Gaara let his bow-string loose, the sound of s.p.a.ce tearing around his attack screeched like an exploding star.

An immense typhoon of formed around the arrowhead as it shot out from the front of the bow, while it traveled, the tornado transformed into a spinning, gargantuan, arrowhead that surpa.s.sed the cap of Mount Everest in size.

Iron and golden sand mixed into the tornado's current, creating an obsidian-gold weapon of ma.s.s destruction that roared with Immortal Energy, the projectile tore apart the s.p.a.ce around it as it traversed at supersonic speeds towards the Tiger Lord.

The Tiger Lord was so absorbed in his fight with the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi, that he hadn't had the time to pay attention to Gaara's attack.

The Arrow flew while the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi held the Tiger Lord in place, the Tiger Lord didn't sense the arrow until it had touched the Immortal Aura surrounding his body, reacting to the danger, the Tiger Lord turned his back to the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi in order to cut down Gaara's attack, however, as the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi jumped back, he raised his hands and forced the golden swords to shrink down.

The weapons slipped through his grasp as Tiger Lord's waist was pierced through without any resistance at all, a ma.s.sive explosion went off that could be seen from s.p.a.ce, and when the smoke cleared, it revealed a heavily injured Tiger Lord.

His entire torso had a large, gaping hole running through it, his bones and organs spilled out of his open cavity, blood poured onto the ground in copious amounts.

The Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi was seconds away placing a seal on the Tiger Lord when he suddenly escaped backward, the Tiger Lord stretched out his arm and clawed down at the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi, blood sprayed across his chest as his mask fell to the ground.

Gaara was stunned as he looked at the face of the Mysterious s.h.i.+n.o.bi, looking at the familiar face, he started to tear up.

Rasa, the previous Kazekage had revealed his ident.i.ty; unfortunately, these two had no time for catching up. The Tiger Lord roared out, "Rage Domain!" A glowing red aura appeared around the Tiger Lord's body, his energy started to grow uncontrollably, and the longer he stayed in this form, the greater his power grew.

The Tiger Lord revealed himself in his Berserk-State, first, all his hairs stood on end, then his pupils widened ever so slightly, his scleras filled with a blood red color, while his irises remained a pure golden color.

The Tiger Lord's facial expression was that of a savage beast, he was constantly growling and roaring at the sky, when all of the sudden, he turned his attention to the two Kazekages.

His entire body rapidly began to heal as the Tiger Lord dashed out towards Gaara's position, in response, Gaara waved his hand causing a wall of iron sand to defend against the punch, however, with the Tiger Lord's increased abilities, he launched a fierce a.s.sault against Gaara's protection, each of his attacks easily pierced through his barrier in a flurry of blows and railed against Gaara several times.

A few dozen loud cracks in the air echoed out before Gaara went flying away, he coughed out a mouth full of blood as Gaara's skin had started to chip off, revealing a layer of iron sand protecting his body like a sh.e.l.l.

Rus.h.i.+ng to Gaara's aid, Rasa had appeared behind the Tiger Lord and sent all five of his blades after him, taking the crazed beast's focus off of Gaara in the process.

The Tiger Lord easily sent the Immortal-Golden-Swords flying away with a few dozen swipes of his paws, he was seconds away from cleaving Rasa's head off when Gaara appeared from behind the Tiger Lord; and using the bow of Jo-HKyū, Gaara slapped the Tiger Lord across his neck.

The Tiger Lord's neck leaned forward while Rasa redirected all his blades into the Immortal's neck from five different directions, blood spurted from the Tiger Lord's neck, but that didn't stop him from using an Immortal Art.

"Tiger G.o.d's Adamantium Claws!" an enormous claw-shaped beam shout out cutting into Gaara's Strata Armor and drawing blood, while Rasa's ChakrArmor had been destroyed and the claws had reached bone deep before he escaped from the attack.

Gaara lost it for a second, he hated his father, but, seeing him wounded in front of him made his blood boil, Gaara couldn't explain it, he still held resentment in his heart, yet, Rasa was still his father, and he couldn't just let him die.

Appearing beside him, Gaara placed a full cure pill into his mouth, while Rasa recovered, the Tiger Lord pounced, however, Gaara moved away with his father in tow.

Barely dodging the attack, Gaara placed his father over his shoulder, and shout out hundreds of razor-sharp wind-arrows out at the Tiger Lord as they moved further away. It wasn't doing much to damage the Tiger Lord, but the peppering of constant arrows slowed him down.

Once Rasa had recovered he saw his son frantically trying to protect him, "Karura, I'm so sorry, I was wrong about our son," Rasa thought as quickly got back to his feet.

He looked to Gaara and said, "Use the Desert Layered Imperial Funeral Seal!"

Gaara nodded his head as they swiftly made their hand signs while the Tiger Lord closed the distance.

Suddenly, the Tiger Lord's movement began to slow, if he still had his sanity; the Tiger Lord would have figured out that his feet were in the process of slowly falling into quicksand, and easily escaped, however, with his current mental facilities, he couldn't process what was happening.

Using nothing but brute force, the Tiger Lord still managed to move forward, all be it, slowly, he roared and snarled at the father, son duo, and wanted nothing more than to bite their heads off.

Gaara and Rasa were struggling to keep him tied down as they poured their Immortal energy into the Jutsu they yelled out together, "Dual Kage Jutsu; Desert Layered Imperial Funeral Seal!"

A large sand-pyramid formed out of the ground around the Tiger Lord, as it made it's way up the Tiger Lord's body, the sand started to rumble as the Tiger Lord roared at the top of his lungs.

Gaara and Rasa continued to push their power beyond their limits, small bubble-like impressions formed on the surface of the sand-pyramid that exploded with sonic vibrations from the Tiger Lord's roaring. They continued for a few minutes, struggling to keep the White Tiger Lord sealed inside their technique.

When the holes filled, Rasa sent his golden swords over and melted them into large Fuin-Markings, seeing what his father was doing, Gaara helped out by sending out and mixing his iron sand with the golden swords, as the two metals merged, the entire pyramid turned into a floating dark-gold octahedron.

The struggle between the Kazekages and the Tiger Lord had ceased, they looked to one another when Gaara said, "You have a lot to explain, father."

Rasa looked back at his son and responded, "You're still willing to call me father?"
