The end of the story would be easy to read, as there would bunches of people who demanded Elder Dam to be punished and the Emperor would take this opportunity to give Elder Dam a death sentence.

Once they had gotten rid of Elder Dam, they would put w.a.n.g Yu as the new leader and restored the black sword clan's name.

Senja shook her head vigorously, clearly disagreed with him. "I have told you that I don't want to get involved in this. People barely see me and know me. I am like a ghost, people don't know about me."

"They want the cure and we will give the cure, as simple as that." Gong Xu shrugged. "Do you think both of us can provide the ingredients for the antidote for thousand people out there?"

Senja knew they needed help, but she didn't want to be the person who would be the center of attention, once she came out and said she had found the antidote, people would start to recognize her.

She didn't want unnecessary attention and for Gong Xu? It was more impossible for him to announce his existence to the public, it was like inviting hundred of a.s.sa.s.sins who hate you to your house.

"No, but why it has to be me?" Senja still reluctant.

"If the antidote is not coming from black sword clan, then your grandfather and this clan will not be able to restore their name even though those people are cured." Gong Xu said sternly. "So, stop being stubborn, go out there and tell your grandfather that you know the antidote."

What Gong Xu said was right, if the antidote wasn't coming from Elder Dam then everything would be a waste.

It has been three days since Elder Dam, w.a.n.g Yu and Xiao Jun arrived in this M city, now they spent most of their time inside Elder Dam's study room to discuss what the step that they should do.

However, this restriction sparked the conflict between the villagers, who wanted to move to the other city and saved their own life, and the military people.

The tension of the situation was palpable and the fear on those people's eyes were obvious.

"Grandfather, can I talk to you for awhile?" Senja asked when she entered Elder Dam's study room.

There was only Elder Dam and Xiao Jun there.

"Sure, come in my child." Elder Dam waved at Senja to sit next to him, while Xiao Jun immediately excused himself with the reason he would update the information about the antidote.

"What do you want to say my child?" Elder Dam looked so tired as his eyes became red because of lack of sleep and rest.

Senja was hesitated, she didn't use to chat with her grandfather, that was why it was hard for her to initiate the conversation.

Elder Dam also realized this thing and became curious about what Senja was going to say, one could say that Senja almost never came to look for him.

"You need to take rest, your eyes are getting red." Senja pointed his eyes.

In the other hand, Elder Dam chuckled upon hearing his granddaughter's concern about him. "Grandfather is fine. No need to worry."

"Senja is glad to hear that." Senja said politely, the words from her sounded like she wasn't his granddaughter and only an acquaintance instead.

"How is the matter with the disease?" Senja asked in low voice.

"It's alright now, we have found the antidote." Elder Dam said, but his eyes didn't show that he was relief. "Grandfather will be able to retire soon." His eyes were gloomy when he said that.

"You have found the antidote? Is that the group of physician who has found it?" Senja was slightly taken aback by this news.

However, Elder Dam shook his head as he said. "No, it is a clan named L clan that had found the antidote of the disease."

"L clan?" Senja didn't believe with what she heard. How L clan found the antidote?
