Upon hearing his father's order, Gong Xu tried to escape by retaliate from the burly guards who held him down, he fought them with all his might, however his retaliation didn't give much effect on them as they could subdue him easily.

The other guards brough a long bench and an axe to chop Gong Xu's fingers. It wasn't something that he could take it.

It would be better if Modama just killed him directly without this kind of torture.

"LET ME GO!!!" Gong Xu shrieked in fear upon seeing the axe in front of his eyes.

He was only a teenager and something like this was really scared him to death. He couldn't imagine the pain that he would get from this kind of torture.

The young teenager shuddered when the guards put his hand on the bench.

"I will… I will… I will…" Gong Xu stammered as he repeated his answer, he felt guilty. This was almost like he had betrayed his sister and sided with their resentful father.

He didn't want this end like this, but he couldn't ignore the fact that he was afraid to face death. He didn't as strong as he thought.

"Good." Modama waved his hand toward the executor and the guard behind Gong Xu so they could release him. "I will wait for the medicine in my room."

With that, Modama left the dark room with the help of the head of Misty Cloud Clan, who didn't say anything upon seeing the event that had occurred earlier.

He had been following Modama for years now, hence something like this wasn't something unusual in his eyes.

Leaving alone inside the room, Gong Xu struggled to sit down when all of the guards left the room and went to close the door behind them.

"Sister, I am sorry…" Gong Xu whispered to the darkness that gradually approached him.

Luna wouldn't blame him for what he did, but he blamed himself for being so coward and couldn't take the brunt of it.

Only if he had just accepted his fate, probably, with whatever Luna had done to Modama until he felt that extreme pain, it would kill him, the pain would kill him slowly.

It had been three days since Luna had given birth to their first son, but she still not woke up yet.

Fortunately the midwives and the physician could save both of them, though the baby was underweigh, but he was quite health.

Xiao Tianyao named his son with the name after his brother, Xiao Mugi.
