Altaria uses Sunny Day and suddenly the sun s.h.i.+nes bright and the temperature rises, Altaria flew high into the sky and made it harder for Trapinch to see it due to the direct sunlight hitting his eyes.

Due to Sunny Day, Altaria didn't need to charge up so it sent a powerful Solar Beam towards Trapinch.

It was too late, Altaria was fast, it dived down with full speed as its body started to glow brown and when it landed on the ground the energy got transferred and a huge Earthquake appeared.

The Earthquake caused the battlefield to crack up and shake badly, Trapinch was hurt and was sent out flying from the huge hole created by Altaria before.

Trapinch who was in the air adjusted his head in an angle to that his head pointed towards the incoming Altaria and he used Crunch.

Before Altaria could even hit Trapinch it came right under the attack of a huge dark jaw that shut down on it several times and exploded sending Altaria flying back and cras.h.i.+ng on the ground.

Trapinch also crashed on the ground, but he rolled back to his feet by using the method Julian thought him when he would get stuck with his head upside down.

The Damage was big and Trapinch was hurt, Trapinch struggled to keep his head up and finally stood straight, suddenly he also started to glow.

Julian 'An another Evolution?'

Julian was right Trapinch is evolving.

His head started to shrink and horns started to appear, his body started to grow and became longer, his legs got longer and slender and wings started to grow from his back and small ones at the end of his tail.

Trapinch evolved into Vibrava.

Julian was astonished by these changes, he knew Trapinch will go through some major changes but he didn't expect this much, this showed how good Trapinch's power was before evolution.

Winona was shocked by this again, a single pokemon evolving in a battle is fine, she had never seen two pokemons evolving in a single Pokemon battle.

Altaria took a deep breath and shot a powerful Dragon Pulse towards Vibrava, Vibrava just hovered on the spot as he looked at the incoming Dragon Pulse, suddenly Vibrava disappeared and appeared at the side of the Dragon Pulse, he dodged it with no sweat.

It looked at if Vibrava used teleport but he didn't, Julian saw everything, it was just slight movement of Vibrava's wings as he moved to the side with no effort, seeing this he was reminded of the dragonflies in his past life.

Vibrava's wings are still maturing so he can only fly for a short distance but he is still very fast.

Julian "Let's play around, Vibrava use Feint Attack"

Vibrava did his simple wing flaps and moved from one spot to another as if he is teleporting, Altaria is completely confused seeing this as it can't pinpoint where Vibrava is to attack.

Vibrava created a highly concentrated ball of energy and shot it up at the sky, as it reached its limits it separated and started to rain like Meteors on Altaria, Altaria had no place to escape and being attacked by the continuous Meteors it fainted after struggling for a second.

Winona stayed silent and called back Altaria, she had lost and as a gym leader, she has to honor the challenger.

Julian jumped off the platform on to the ground, he saw Winona also jumping off the platform as she glided down with the help of the special attachments on her clothes.

Winona "This is the feather badge, proof that you defeated me in a gym battle"

Julian "Thank you, by the way, don't feel bad because you lost so easily, I don't think there is anyone in Hoenn that can defeat me"

Saying so Julian walked away without looking at Winona, Winona had frozen on the spot when she heard what Julian said, then suddenly her face became red with anger.
