"Ira! Ira, can you hear me? Ira..."

'What is that? Is someone calling my name?? The voice is too... vague... I can't hear clearly...'

She could barely hear someone calling out to her. But couldn't recognize who... She just felt so tired to respond, tired to open her eyes, tired of everything around her. She just wanted to sleep.

Ira was dripping in and out of consciousness. One moment she would open her eyes, the next moment she would look like she had fallen asleep.

She was drenched in sweat. The pain on her chest was too severe that she could not bear it any longer.

s.h.i.+v and the others panicked. Abhinav couldn't find the reason for her illness.

Aditya tried to help, but he was also the same. He also could not find the exact reason for her pain.

Finally, Ira fell completely unconscious.

Both Abhinav and Aditya, tried all kinds of medicines and herbs on her but unfortunately nothing was effective.

At the same time, one young man ran over to Aditya for help.

The boy saved by s.h.i.+v was suddenly in an unfavourable condition. The injuries on the child was already severe. Aditya did all he could to maintain his current state, but now, things took a severe turn.

The boy fell into coma.

Things couldn't have gotten any worse than that. Everyone was tired to the point they could give up.

s.h.i.+v never moved an inch from Ira. He held onto her hand and prayed for her wellbeing. He felt so useless. All he could do now was to pray.

Both the doctors couldn't identify the reason for her illness. Now all he had was to place his trust on G.o.d!

With the things outside becoming worse and worse, Abhinav's help was also needed.

"Ira... Ira... please wake up... I will do anything you say... I will fulfill all of the wishes that you could possibly have. Please... Please... come back to me! Please..."

He held her hand close to his heart as he begged for her to wake up.

She opened her eyes for a second and looked at s.h.i.+v. Her eyes looked dead.

Her usually dark black eyes had changed into light oceanic blue. Ira looked at s.h.i.+v as if he was a stranger.

Her light blue eyes pierced through his heart. He could immediately identify that the girl before him was not the same girl that he knew.

She got out of the tent and looked around the place where she was being treated. The whole village was on shambles. As far as the eyes could see, there were many injured and the smell of blood was strong in the air.

Ira could once again feel a sharp pain in her chest. She held onto her chest and fell to the ground as she groaned in pain.

Her wavy black hair slowly turned into white, as white as snow.

s.h.i.+v could not take his eyes off her for a second. He couldn't believe the thing that he was witnessing.

The calm and sweet girl that he knew was nowhere to be found.

The girl before him looked as cold as ice. Her eyes were devoid of any feelings. Her sharp gaze sent chills down his spine.

He felt like, he was facing a complete stranger. But still, nothing could change the fact that the girl before him was still Ira, but Ira that he was not aware of.

He pulled himself together and walked towards the girl. She looked extremely pale. The aura she had around her was intense and unapproachable.

He looked at her right on the eye as he went near her.

Ira was alarmed when she saw someone approaching her. She went a few steps back and glared at him.

"If you come any closer, I will kill you!"

All those people who witnessed the scene were bewildered.

s.h.i.+v couldn't understand why she acted that way, he ignored her warning and walked near her.

Ira looked so distressed as he was approaching her, irrespective of the warning she gave him. Her eyes gleamed, the next moment, a gust of wind stroke s.h.i.+v heavily and pierced through his skin like blades.

He got cut all over his body. He was confused why this was happening and how she was able to use magic...

He groaned in pain but was reluctant to give up on her.

All the people were alarmed by the attack launched on s.h.i.+v by her. Veer and Dev immediately took defensive stance to protect s.h.i.+v. They both drew their swords as they were getting ready to fight Ira.

"STOP!!" s.h.i.+v ordered them in a very domineering tone.

"Put your swords back. I will take care. Don't you dare harm her!"

Even at that moment all he could care was her wellbeing. He was scared that those two might harm her in any way.

He knew she would be very sad once she came back to her senses. She was already devastated about what happened on that village and was blaming herself very badly.

If she were to run havoc, G.o.d knows what might happen.

'I will definitely have to bring her to her senses. But she is too strong for me to even get closer to her... What do I do now!?'

s.h.i.+v wanted to help her, but he doesn't have the power or the means for doing so. But he never wanted to give up on the girl.

He moved forward irrespective of being hurt. The more he drew closer to her the more stronger and fierce she got.

Her magic was getting more and more stronger. The wind was completely under her control. It pierced through him like a sharp blade. But still, he didn't stop. He walked towards her. His mind was filled with the thoughts of her.

Aditya screamed at the top of his voice, "Stop it!! You will end up dead at this rate!!! Can't you see that she is not her usual self? Please listen to me..."

All his screams fell into dead ears. s.h.i.+v didn't bother in the slightest as to what would happen to him. He only wanted to bring her back to herself.

His feelings for her was much stronger than anyone thought.

As he approached her, suddenly he started to gleam.

The light he emmitted was too blinding for the naked eye. Ira was least bothered about it. Her eyes glowed looking at him.

"Oh! You are the one!"
