Elyon finally woke up at around 6:00 am in the morning. Ever since he started writing his novel, his sleeping hours became shorter. Sometimes even when he lay in bed, sleep won't visit him because his mind is working overtime. It's like there's always a buzzing noise that won't go away no matter how hard he close his eyes.

That night, he tried to use binaural beats in youtube to help him counter the constant buzzing in his head. For some reason, it worked and he always uses this method whenever he has trouble sleeping.

[A/N: It's not easy to listen to binaural beats especially if you're a beginner. I highly recommend starting with "Heavy Rain Sleep" sounds. The "white noise" is strong enough to numb your brain and overturn the buzzing in your head. Choose the 1-2 hour videos for better results.

On another note, you can also exercise regularly (aerobics, yoga, zumba) or get a good ma.s.sage (professional ma.s.sager). I believe that smooth blood flow helps a lot in getting a good night sleep. We know that stress and anxiety are the common reasons why we can't sleep. Just like a popular author in discord chat always say, "Healthy Body = Healthy Mind." Let's just try to stay healthy so that our stories will continue to reach out to more people. ]

Elyon prepared to start his day like he always do. Shop for food in the morning, cook breakfast for the family and do other ch.o.r.es that need to be done. Lately, he realized that he needs to properly manage his time in order to accomplish his daily task.

"I need to discipline myself and stick to a schedule or else…" Elyon finished his tasks and opened the computer. He logged in to his online game account and checked his guild if everything is in order.

He hasn't logged in for a while and a.s.signed his Vice-Guild Leader to handle everything in his stead. Seeing that everything seems to be in order, he bid his goodbye and opened the Writer's Discord Chatroom.
