The large bird continued to fly high above the planet, taking Johan far from the city ghettos.

"HELP ME!," Johan cried out as loud as he could, "A BIRD IS CARRYING ME AWAY!"

It soon became clear to him that at the height the bird was carrying him, no one could hear his pleas and soon he gave up crying out for help.

The city seemed tiny in comparison to the the large black factory that pumped out hordes of dark black smoke into the atmosphere and even tinier compared to the vast yellow desert it was contained within. The skeletons of dead creatures protruding from sand dunes, many much bigger than slum buildings could be seen clearly from the sky.

The further they flew from the city, the thicker the surrounding mana became. Soon they were flying over mountains covered with lush trees and rivers running with water, it was a stark contrast to the dead desert. Clans of monkeys could be seen hopping from tree to tree as well as animals prancing around on the open plains where trees were spa.r.s.e.

To Johan's surprise, in the distance, he saw a turtle as large as a mountain strolling along. The bird holding Johan accelerated, doubling its speed towards the turtle. On the turtle's back, there was a large birds nest. The turtle appeared to be walking towards a tree so tall and wide that it extended up into the yellow clouds and made even the turtle look small.

The branches of the tree held entire cities and small vehicles flew to and fro between them. Crystal veins glittered all along the tree creating a stark contrast from the dark brown color of the bark. Large s.h.i.+ps would ascend and descend through the clouds. Immediately, Johan knew that this was no ordinary large tree.

Johan couldn't help but draw in a sharp breath in shock, for he had never seen a sight quite like this tree. It appeared to be exuding mana.

The giant pelican that carried Johan flew towards the birds nest and gently released Johan in the middle of it, prior to flying off. Johan found himself surrounded by several giant white eggs, some of which were as big as him and some larger.

"CRACKLE!"

"CRACKLE!"

"CRACKLE!"

The eggs started cracking in sync as if triggered by some invisible force.

"BOCK! BOCK! BOCK!," screamed a girl as her face broke through the egg sh.e.l.l.

Spinning around, Johan was surprised to see a naked skinny wet black haired girl with bird wings rip out of the egg and come walking towards him while flapping her arms.

"c.o.c.kA DOODLE DOOO!!," screamed another winged girl as she crashed her way out of another egg.

Johan snapped his head to the right and saw a brunette girl with sharp blue eyes and wet black wings staring him down salivating at her mouth.

"CRACK!"

"CREAK!"

"CRACK!"

More eggs cracked open as more winged women and men with wings ripped out of the eggs.

Johan felt something soft and wet b.u.mp into him and looked back to see a beautiful naked wet asian girl with long silky hair and wet wings behind him.

"What is this?," whispered Johan.

"c.o.c.k! DOODLE! c.o.c.k!," said the asian girl tilting her head to the side curiously screaming in Johan's face.

"A giant bird dropped me off here," said Johan, "I need to get back to the Looking Gla.s.s Realm ghettos in time for my fight tournament. Can you help me?"

"c.o.c.k! DOODLE! c.o.c.k!," screamed a naked muscular man with wet wings flapping his arms hopping around in a squat in front of Johan.

The winged people surrounded him and started to grab him and smell him. Some eyed him and pulled his hair curiously. One bent down and started to lick his pants and coughed disgusted. The naked bird girls started to simultaneously lick him and each other. Johan found himself overtaken by a sense of arousal, something he hadn't felt since his encounter with Gadra. It was almost overwhelming as he let a bird woman push him to the floor and get on top of him.

An image of Luisa, the love of his life, flashed through his mind breaking him out of his l.u.s.t trance.

"No," said Johan pus.h.i.+ng the girl off of him and getting up.

Doctor Rey's threat was still fresh in Johan's mind.

"I need to get out of here," whispered Johan, "Luisa is in danger."

"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?," boomed a strong male voice.

Johan felt a highly oppressing force thicken the air, making it hard for him to breath. Johan looked up to see a knight wearing a full suite of silver armor bearing a sword standing on top of the edge of the bird's nest, with the corpse of the pelican that had brought Johan to the nest beside him.

"MAMA!," screeched the winged people horrified.

The knight swung his sword and a gentle wave of silver light emitted from it. It cut through the eggs, and the bird people decapitating them, but spared Johan. Johan stared at them in horror.

The oppressive force Johan was feeling, suddenly subsided.

"BOY!," boomed the knight, "YOU HUNGRY!?"

Johan looked at the winged people's corpses, some still twitched.

"Those people are dead," gasped Johan.

"Not people, boy!," boomed the knight, "birdman babies. Many a human pervert has their cultivation crippled, and lifespan shortened by engaging intercourse with them. They secrete arousal toxins. Intercourse nourishes the babies, but hurts humans engaging in it. The birdmen look human until they mature and loose their human like traits. Beside me is a fully mature birdman. You aren't a pervert are you, boy? Were you seeking out pleasures of the body without care for your future? Many do."

"No," said Johan, "a birdman grabbed me and flew me here."

"You aren't from around these parts, are you?," said the knight, "I have just arrived in this realm and would enjoy some company. You mortals live interesting lives, much different from my own, share your stories with me and entertain me. I'll treat you to dinner."

Johan felt a gust of wind. He looked around him and saw the fresh corpses had disappeared, and all that remained were the blood stains and cracked eggs. The knight was no longer standing on the edge of the nest.

"Me, my men and my stead are hungry," boomed the knight, "Climb out of that vile nest and I'll teach you a thing or two about cooking fine cuisine boy! Perhaps, I'll teach you more!"

Johan's stomach rumbled and he realised that he hadn't eaten for two days because he had been waiting in line for the tournament registration.

But, having witnessed the murder of several creatures in the blink of an eye, Johan was naturally cautious of the knight. But, he was sure about one thing, if the man wanted to kill him, he would be dead. Plus, Johan knew he wouldn't be able to get back to the Looking Gla.s.s Kingdom's ghettos without help, the bird had taken him too far and this mysterious knight was currently his only hope.
