My First And Last Man 40 Opening Day

The opening day comes and because of this the family are already on the way to their shop. At 6am the family arrives at the place, Rei who still have time help them. El who have no works for today also there because he only need to report his work every Monday to Friday and the reason why he is here, simple it's because to his wife, sisters and family. Aya, as their mother is also there to support and want to help them but they just let her seat and let the young ones do. En, Mei husband just support his wife and help whatever she ask from him.

The interior design of the shop is really simple but yet elegant. Both Mei and Lyn didn't change it and just stick around of what Rei suggestion and followed it instead making a new one because it's perfect from them even their architect want to meet who designed it but they didn't tell and didn't reveal Rei's real ident.i.ty because they know that she's really a low profile. The color is not too light or too dark but enough and pleasant to the sight of the customers and from everyone. Aside from Mei and Lyn, they hired 7 waiters, 8 waitress, 12 Chiefs while Lyn as the Main Chief and 3 ladies as a cas.h.i.+er, Mei as the Shop Manager with a total of 30 staffs excluding Mei and Lyn, 15 ladies and 17 gentlemen's. The opening will be officially open at exactly 10am so all of them are still busy.

45 minutes before 8am everyone are inside in the conference room and start briefing while Rei interrupting them in order for her to brief her family and staff.

"Ah, by the way Mei" still discussing but stop and then ask her sister

"Mmmm, what is it Sis?"

"I'm sure my co workers are coming here and will dine so please pretend you don't know me and it's applied to everyone (staff), alright?"

"Yes Ma'am"

"You can call me Rei because you're boss are Mei and Lyn" the staff just looking at her and don't know if they will call her name or not because they know Rei is one of their boss, including these 4 little kids.

"So Sis what you mean is, I'm going to act like you're a stranger?"

"Uh-uh"

"Interesting, I like that one and since the kids are with you, do we also need to act a stranger to them?"

"Yes Mom/Aunt Mei"

"Good, good"

"Hey Mei why are smirking like that?"

"Don't mind me Sis."

"Ah by the way Lyn and Mei I prepare something as a give aways for your first 100 customers"

Mei and Lyb looking at it then realize it is a fan with a childish handwritten of the shop name and drawing of the shop.

"You d----design it?"

"Of course it design by us Mom/Aunt Mei and Mama/Aunt Lyn"

"Eh?" everyone are surprises.

"Geez no need to be that surprise the kids just want to help their mother's"

"Ellyn and Lynel what did you contribute?"

"Drawing, Mama"

"Mom, the bold letters was written by me while the itallic one was written by Bro"

"Really?" They nodded "thank you for helping you're Mom my two little boys"

"You're welcome Dad'

"Sis/Sis Rei thank you" Mei and Lyn know this is Rei idea. And they're that surprise because its the first that the kids write and draw, well they already they can do ot but it's rare for them to do it since they like to sleep or eat if getting bored.

"You're welcome and we're family after all. Now, now Mei continue where you left off. I'm going now, kids let's go"

"Ah, that's right. All of you be careful and be a good boy Ken and Ren"

"As always Mom"

"Same to you Ellyn and Lynel"

"Yes Mama"

They left while Mei and Lyn continue with their discussion.

Before Rei cross the street she carry Lynel and instruct the kids.

"Ken and Ellyn stay beside me and make sure to hold me tight while Ren stay in front of me"

"Yes Aunt Rei"

Rei cross the street when its stop signal at ease because the kids are not naughty and just follow her instructions precisely. Rei didn't bring her backpack for the kids snack and the sheet since she works only until lunch time.

Again and again, Rei arrives 30 minutes before the working hours and greeted her fellow co workers who arrives earlier than her.

Rei and her colleagues work seriously that didn't expect that it's already lunch time and just realize it when they heard the bell alarm.

"Eh, it's already time, how fast?"

"Let's go everyone to the the shop because it's now open"

"Yeah"

"Shop across the street?"

"Yes Manager Xiu, why?"

"Well it's a nice place and very accomodating. The foods are both yummy and delicious"

"Woah, you're unfair Manager Xiu"

"Just go now or else you will be on hold"

Everyone looking to Manager Xiu and don't know what he meant even Rei don't know and just a.s.sume that perhaps, perhaps they have a long line up for the customers.

After punching out, they left in the workplace and now standing in the road waiting for stop signal before crossing the street. Rei fellow co workers offer to carry the kids but the kids didn't agree and they just maintain their position of what they did this morning, so her fellow co workers just stay side by side to Rei since the kids don't want to be carried by them.

By just crossing the streets, they notice the new shop have a long line up.

"What the? How come they have a long line up and it's their first day right?"
