Her Unfortunate Fate Turned Fortunate 67 Meeting The In-Laws

To hide her embarra.s.sment Crystal had told Dui An He whatever Anna told her and that's the reason the date got over early. But Dui An He added some spice to it, as it was the first time she heard someone giving the reason 'Ji Yang has a girlfriend.' so it was suspicious.

The whole dining room was dead silent, it was hard to digest what Ji Qiang said. Small sweat bubble formed on Ji Qiang's forehead.

'c.r.a.p, Me and my big mouth.' Scolding himself Ji Qiang set the chopsticks down and started laughing hysterically.

"Hahaha... I was joking, big brother and girlfriend what a joke." He neatly tried to cover up with his forced laugh.

But the Ji family is not easy to fool, instead of brus.h.i.+ng of the matter and laughing along with him their suspicion got bigger.

He slowly pushed the chair back and stood up.

"I forgot to turn off the lights in my house so I'll get going." He back walked with a nervous smile trying to get out of their as soon as possible.

After taking a few steps Ji Qiang immeadiately started running for the main door with full speed. If he doesn't say the truth he'll get beaten by his parents but if he says Ji Yang's secret his parents will be attending his funeral tomorrow.

"Stop there you brat." Dui An He stood up angrily.

"Catch him." Madam Ji ordered the servants.

The servants immeadiately blocked the door stopping Ji Qiang.

Ji Qiang whined like five year old and threw tantrums on the servants by throwing stuffs on them.

Elder Ji smacked on Ji Qiang's b.u.t.t with his cane. Ji Qiang screamed rubbing his b.u.t.t. Dui An He smacked on her favorite grandson's head. Madam Ji pinched his ear and lightly twisted it.

"What joke are you both brother's playing?" Elder Ji's angrily smacked him again.

Ji Qiang was on the verge of tears with all the punishment, this was just the beginning.

"Which vex did my Yang got married?" Dui An He threw her burning gaze on him.

"Sister-in-law is no vex she's sweet, beautiful and perfect match for big brother." Ji Qiang's protective instant for Anna kicked in forgetting who he is dealing with.

"So you all have met. How long has this been going on?" Elder Ji smacked his cane on the floor angrily, Ji Qiang gulped in fear.

"Qiang tell us everything." Ji Sheng's commanded in cold voice.

Glory Manor

The sun was covering behind the mountain welcoming the beautiful full moon.

Anna had changed into her casual outfit. She made sure the outfit is full enough to cover all her hickeys.

Getting down the stairs Ji Yang saw Anna sitting in living room watching Moana. He spent an hour in cold shower and here his wife is watching cartoons.

Sighing in resentment Ji Yang went to make some tea.

The door bell rang indicating someone's presence. To enter Glory Manor there is two security system one is near the gates and the other one is the main door.

The kitchen can be seen from living room as it's a open design. Seeing Ji Yang busy in kitchen, setting down the remote Anna stood up to open the door.

Something crossed Ji Yang's mind only few has the a.s.ses to enter the gates and that includes his family. Stopping his work Ji Yang went to open the door but he was too late.

Anna opened the door to see four unfamiliar faces and one sulking face with a big b.u.mp on his head.

Elder Ji, Dui An He, Ji Sheng and Madam Ji stared at Anna from head to toe with scrutinizing gaze.

With Ji Qiang's presence and some similarities between Ji Sheng and Ji Yang Anna quickly a.n.a.lysed their ident.i.ty.

Inside she smacked her head on the wall for her Unfortunate fate.

Ji Yang a.n.a.lysed what might have happened with Ji Qiang's sulky look. He sighed and stood beside Anna giving an expressionless face to his parents.

"Mr Ji, I think you have some guest to entertain I'll leave first, we will discuss about the project next time." Anna quickly made an excuse hoping her in-laws doesn't know the truth and they're here just for a visit.

'Sis-in-law you're too bold to act in this time.'

The other four raised their eyebrows.

In panic looking at her in-law's cold faces Anna tried to leave going for the door.

Ji Yang face palmed. He pulled back Anna holding her elbow. The four pairs of eyes widened at Ji Yang's physical contact.

"Get in." Ji Yang spoke in expressionless cold voice and walked to living room pulling Anna.

Anna was whining inside.

All of them got seated in the living room with Ji Yang and Anna seated in one side next to each other and the rest opposite to them. The room was silent, with each pa.s.sing second the room got colder and colder.
