Jane Si was unsuccessful to eavesdrop for she was turned away by the secret service when she tries to enter. She thinks just because she was related to the First Lady that she would be able to get inside. Unfortunately, Daniel gave strict instruction not to let her inside, no matter what.

"I'm sorry, Miss Si, unless you are invited, you can't enter." The secret service informs her apologetically while standing still like a log without batting an eye.

"You know who I am, and I'm related to them. I'm the President's nieces, and that's as close relations.h.i.+p it could get with them." She argues with an arrogant att.i.tude that did not help her gain access at all.

"I'm sorry, but we have strict order." the secret service said sternly without badging.

"You're making an error here. I'm not one of those restricted ones, and you may go and ask." She said it with a diva att.i.tude in which it did not bode well at all. The secret service just looked at her sternly up and down without saying a word.

In the long run, Jane Si has no choice but to return to the parlor sulking. Her mother saw her devastating features and went to console her, thinking that she was in that state due to the first lady's pa.s.sing.

"Don't be sad sweetheart at least she no longer in pain and resting in peace. Try to send her off with a smile, and you don't want your Aunt Dianne to be sad and lingers because of us not letting go. Do you understand?!"

"Don't worry mother, that's not the reason I'm in this state, it's something else," Jane replied while in deep thought of how she could get inside the VIP room. Grandmother Grant was looking at President Grant while Sophia was speaking and seeing that he does not believe a word Sophia was saying. He continues to stare at Chrissy without saying a word, and everyone had seen it too, only the President was the only one who has no idea of what he was doing. And it's making everyone uncomfortable. 

After some time, Sophia excused herself along with Chrissy leaving only Prince Alexander and Alexa. 

"I don't think it would look good in the eye of your other guest if we linger too long. We would wait for Alexa and Prince Alexander out there in the parlor." Sophia explained to ensure that President Grant could not detain them.

President Grant has no choice but to accept defeat at the moment, but he plans on speaking with Chrissy once it's all over. Daniel and Andrea decided to accompany Chrissy and Sophia and left them with them.

Once everyone left, President Grant and Grandmother Grant gave Prince Alexander a third-degree inquisition. However, Prince Alexander was ready and pa.s.sed with flying color. 

President Grant and Grandmother Grand were satisfied with all his answer and approved of their relations.h.i.+p. However, since it's the first lady's funeral, it was not proper to speak of a happy occasion.

With that kind of greetings, what else could Chrissy do but acknowledge him? "Your Royal Highness, yes it has been a while. I'm fine. Thank you for asking." She slightly bowed down to show her respect.

Prince Romano just nodded before turning his attention to Sophia, who has her eyebrows raised while looking him over. "h.e.l.lo! I don't believe we meet. Crown Prince Romano of the Spaniard Kingdom." He introduces himself.

"This here is my younger sister Princess Angelica...- And are you might be? Any relation with Mrs. Garcia?" He asked while looking at Sophia maliciously.

Sophia felt a cringe deep inside of her from the way he had spoken to her without respect to an elder. Therefore, she gave him a once over before replying... 

"That's good to know who you are and your sister. However, who am I and what's my relations.h.i.+p with Mrs. Garcia is none of your business." Sophia replied sternly then walked pa.s.sed him and went to sit down without looking back...

Crown Prince Romano and Princess Angelica were both speechless and utterly stunned. It was the first in their entire life to be treated that way, and a n.o.body at that. At least that's what they thought, Sophia was a n.o.body. They do not know that she holds so much power in Asia and she's a Diva.

Crown Prince Romano could not accept that and his already thinking of a way to get even with Sophia. No sooner than Chrissy sat down, the siblings left, and instead of seating to the appointed chair, they left without giving their regards to the President and Daniel Grant.
