One Night With The Prince 101 Saying Goodbye!

Everything was set for Alexa to move out of the White House and start her training with Ms. Garcia in another Country. President Grant allowed Alexa to take with her the three secret service agents for protection. However, she was never to communicate with Grandmother Santos, while the President and Daniel were evaluating Andrea's case.

Once everything was settled, Alexa and Ria were allowed to go back to the room to take care of everything else she needed to take care of before leaving. When Alexa stepped out of the Oval Office, Logan and Lucas were right outside the door waiting to speak with the President.

"Miss Grant, if you don't mind going ahead, Lucas and I needed to speak with the President for a minute. Unless you don't mind waiting?" Logan asked with his same demeanor, a stern-looking face and no smile as always.

Alexa and Ria decided to go ahead and return to her room so they could finish getting ready. It was not detrimental for the twins to guard Alexa when they were inside the White House, only when they were out. There were no excuses for not being wherever Alexa was at every point in time.

Logan and Lucas had asked for temporarily leave of absence for a couple of hours. They wanted to go and meet with their sister, Lea before their departure to their new place of residence. The two received an order that no one should know where Alexa would be going even after they had left the White House. Therefore, they could not divulge to the First Lady nor their families where they were rea.s.signed to.

"Please, sir, It's an emergency. My sister flew in from the Philippines to speak with us, and we have not been able to do so with all the things that have been happening lately. Please, Mr. President Sir!" Logan pleaded with President Grant.

President Grant and Daniel were hesitant to let them go, but after hearing what Logan said, President Grant reconsidered and agreed to let them go for a couple of hours while Alexa was packing and getting ready.

"Father, if it would make you feel any better, I have nothing significant this whole week, I could accompany them to Ms. Garcia's home with my secret service. Also, you could add another female detail as additional protection. What do you think?" Daniel adviced his Father to make him feel at ease.

President Grant looked at Daniel seriously. "Are you sure? If you don't mind doing that, then I will leave her to you. Make sure you take care of your sister, do you understand?" He asked, sternly.

Daniel gave his Father half a smile before replying, "Father, if I fail you to take care of our princess... You may disown me anytime you want. And you can take away my favorite stuffed bear. Hahahaha" He jokingly replied.

President Grant felt much lighter after hearing the words his son had spoken that he giggled a bit. He had to fly out of the state as well for an urgent matter, and he only felt comfortable knowing that Daniel would in charge of Alexa's movement to her destination, which was Europe. There, she would be living for; however long it would take for her to accomplish her dream of being a Beauty Queen.

"Alright. Let's go so that I can say my goodbyes to your sister before I leave. Make sure that your mother does not find out where Alexa would be living from now on. Remember, don't ever open up to her about the DNA results. Keep the copy I gave to you safe just in case something ever happens to me."

Daniel could not understand why his father was speaking like he was never coming back... For that reason, he began to have a bad feeling about this trip. "Father, maybe you should postpone this trip and make a detour instead to accompany Alexa and me so you can see for yourself where she would be living from now on. What do you think?"

"Hmmm, that's not a bad idea. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel any longer. This meeting is critical, and I must attend to it urgently. How about I stop over on the way back? I could stay for a day or two without your mother knowing." President Grant was seriously considering what his son had just said. He was in deep thought as they were walking towards Alexa's room to say goodbye!

Meanwhile, Ms. Garcia was anxiously waiting for Alexa's arrival. She had planned on leaving the Country as soon as possible once Alexa arrived. She received instructions from Daniel Grant the night before to prepare to get out of the Country quickly as soon as Alexa was with her.

She had been making arrangements ever since and only waiting for Alexa's arrival before checking out of the hotel. Then she suddenly remembered that she was staying in the same hotel as that man who had been looking for Alexa. She needed to inform Daniel not to bring her to the hotel; they should just meet at the airport to avoid b.u.mping into him.

Ms. Garcia quickly made a call to Alexa to warn her not to come to the hotel for they might run across with Prince Alex.

However, she was not able to get through to her since Alexa's phone had been confiscated, her telephone number had been changed, and they hadn't given it back to her for security reasons.

When Ms. Garcia couldn't get a hold of her, she then tried Daniel, and she was in luck for he picked up the call in one ring.

"h.e.l.lo! What can I do for you, Ms. Garcia?" Daniel replied while looking at Alexa, who was not paying any attention to Daniel since they left the White House.

Ms. Garica was startled to hear that he knew it was her on the other side of the phone. 'He must have saved my number on his contacts list.' She thought before replying.

"Mr. Grant, is your sister with you right now by any chance? If she is, may I speak with her please?" She asked politely.

Daniel turned and looked at Alexa, who was sitting next to him in the back seat of the car on the way to the Ritz. He put his hand over the phone speaker first before asking Alexa, "it's your guardian. She wants to say something to you. Do you want to talk to her now or wait?"

Daniel had to ask Alexa if she wanted to take the call as she had been emotional and distant the whole way. She had been too quiet without uttering a word since they left the White House.

Alexa just shook her head to decline without saying anything; she then turned her head and went back to looking out through the window. Daniel had no choice but to make excuses for her.

"Ms. Garcia, I'm sorry, but she fell asleep as soon as we got into the car, it could be from lack of rest. Nevertheless, we're not that far away from the hotel. You will see her in a minute. So will see you then, is that fine?" Daniel didn't even wait for Ms. Garcia to reply, to avoid having to lie some more, he hung up the phone and turned it off.

"No... no... no oh, my word! What if they see her?" Ms. Garcia quickly tried and called Daniel once again, but unfortunately, she was not able to get connected. The call kept on forwarding to his voice mail. "This is not good! I need to find a way to stop them from coming here..." Ms. Garcia was mumbling to herself when she heard a sound, someone knocking on her door.

"No!!! Who could this be? This is not good, not good at all!" She exclaimed loudly as she walked hurriedly to opened the door without even checking; first, she needed to get rid of this person whoever it is before Alexa arrives.

Ms. Garcia was shocked to see the person standing right in front of her... She did not know if she should be happy or annoyed...
