“Sorry for making you wait.”
“No, I wasn’t waiting. Well, shall we go?”
Perhaps because had spoken to Tatsumi first, Kusamakura pulled his upper arm gently. Seeming as though they were going to walk like this, he spoke up with an, um, and sensed he had turned around.
“Um, could I hold onto your arm?”
“Ah, I see&h.e.l.lip;&h.e.l.lip;the opposite, huh. Sorry.”
When he held out his left arm without his white cane, he felt Kusamakura touch it with his cold hand. He was then guided to around his elbow. As expected, he seemed to be much taller than Tatsumi. He was on the shorter side, but Kusamakura must have been tall even among most adult men. When he supported his arm with a set sense of distance, he could tell from the bare skin he was touching that Kusamakura was somewhat tense.
“Um, it’s all right. It’s not like you’re clinging to me like a lover would, I haven’t been guided by anyone recently, but I’m used to it from school.”

Kusamakura mumbled something at his words.
“Ah, or is being held onto by a man what’s making you restless?”
