45 How Can It Be?
“I’m here to pick you up.” Fu Ge’s smile was so wide that his eyes were clear, and his entire face was extraordinarily charming.
w.a.n.g Fang couldn’t help but sigh when she heard his voice. He was indeed a male G.o.d. Even his voice was so beautiful.
However, she decided to leave first. If she continued to watch, she felt that her heart was going to beat so fast it would be bad for her. It was indeed better to admire a male G.o.d from a distance.
Hence, she hurriedly said to Qin Jianxi, “Xixi, since someone is here to pick you up, I’ll be leaving first. See you tomorrow.”
After saying that, she quickly walked toward her father’s car.
Fu Ge looked at Qin Jianxi and said, “Let’s go.”
He reached out and took her bag.
At this point, Qin Jianxi didn’t act reserved or polite with him. She walked side by side with him and walked towards the car he parked.
When they arrived at the luxury car, Fu Ge opened the door of the front pa.s.senger seat.
After Qin Jianxi got into the car, he went to the driver’s side and got in.
The people from Bosch High School waited for the car to drive away before they came back to their senses.
Someone cursed. Because there were many rich kids in Bosch High School, some people recognized Fu Ge.
“That’s Young Master Fu?”
“Young Master Fu and Qin Jianxi? What the h*ll is this?”
Of course, there were still people who didn’t know him. They couldn’t help but ask, “Who is Young Master Fu?”
“Fu Ge, the business genius of Fu Group.”
…
Huang Mengyu’s eyes were green with jealousy as she watched Qin Jianxi get into the luxury car.
She originally walked behind Qin Jianxi because she wanted to see how Qin Jianxi, the former young miss of the Qin family, would look after losing the Qin family’s support. She wanted to take a photo as a memento.
In the end, she saw that Fu Ge had actually taken Qin Jianxi away.
She almost vomited blood.
How did Qin Jianxi manage to get in contact with Fu Ge?
The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. She took out her phone and dialed a number.
Han Xu picked up the phone. “Mengyu, are you done with school? Why are you calling me now?”
He was just about to go to the dormitory to sleep.
“Big Brother Xu, I… I want to tell you something.”
Han Xu felt a little strange. “What’s the matter? Tell me.”
“Um… Please don’t be angry when you hear this, but um… I finally know why Qin Jianxi hit you and why she wanted to break off the engagement with you…”
Han Xu’s face darkened when he heard the word ‘hit’. This was the most humiliating memory of his life, and he didn’t want anyone to mention it.
Thus, his voice was cold and a little impatient. “Qin Jianxi has nothing to do with me now. I don’t want to hear about her.”
Huang Mengyu, who wanted to make things difficult for Qin Jianxi, didn’t understand his thoughts. She continued, “Big Brother Xu, Qin Jianxi wanted to break off the engagement with you because she found someone better…” Then, she realized that her words weren’t right and quickly changed her words. “No, I meant that Jianxi found someone else. She’s in a relations.h.i.+p with Fu Ge from Fu Group.”
Originally, Han Xu was very angry when he heard that she ‘found someone better’, but when he heard Fu Ge’s name, his face changed. “Who did you say she got together with?”
“Fu Ge from Fu Group…”
Hearing this, Han Xu instinctively denied it, “Impossible. Fu Ge’s eyesight can’t be so bad.”
A woman that he didn’t even like, but yet Fu Ge… How could he be interested in her?
“It’s true. Fu Ge just took Qin Jianxi away. Many people in our school saw it. Big Brother Xu, she must have gotten close to Fu Ge, so… that’s why she broke off the engagement with you.”
“Big Brother Xu, how can she be so shameless? Do you think that she and Young Master Fu are… living together? I didn’t know she was such a person who didn’t have any self-respect…”
