A light knock on the door had Chen Ying put down the files, her smile disappeared as she said. "Come in."

"The pride of 'Fu' Entertainment, looking as beautiful as ever. I see; days continue to pa.s.s but your beauty knows no bounds." A man in his mid-thirties walked into the office. He wore a charming smile.

He was dressed stylishly, with his hair pulled back. Not a single article of clothing he wore came without a decent brand name.

Chen Ying's cheeks attained a tinge of red as if she was abashed at those compliments. "Brother Qin, you always like to joke." She said shyly.

"I only speak the truth." The man knew his words. "This is what everyone says in the entire company."

"Is that so..." said Chen Ying absentmindedly.

A thread of fear emerged in her heart after the initial happiness that has blossomed. If Chen Yi, her cousin, ever release those videos and succeeded, wouldn't it all be lost?

Chen Ying had arrived at this level after such efforts.

How could she let her cousin threaten her status?

As if recalling her real motive, Chen Ying adjusted her expressions. "Brother Qin, Please come in and take a seat."

A momentary silence followed.

Everyone in the company was aware that the CEO was once engaged to Chen Ying's cousin.

Chen Yi opened her mouth to deny, she blinked but could say no words. With a sigh, she said. "You have become smarter than before."

"Well, completely giving up on that garbage seems to have positively influenced my IQ." Gu Chiantao revealed no emotions while speaking of Jiang Li.

It was obvious she had given up all the hopes on him.

But she could never have expected someone as young as Chen Yi would be married.

Gu Chinatao could only grumble. "Fine!"

"Forbidden...fruit?" Gu Chinatao blinked in puzzlement.

Chen Yi smiled. "Yes.. And a very temptingly sweet hidden fruit."
