Rachel ran down the halls at a unhuman like speed back towards Ava's room where everyone else was. Little did they know the pack set out looking for both Ava and Rachel.
"Oof" Rachel said as she b.u.mped into someone. Both Rachel and the person who wasn't paying attention looked up. Brooklyn looked up at Rachel.
"Hey I found them!" Brook screamed. Everyone rounded a corner along with Aidan and Calleb.
"Where's Ava?" Anna asked looking around.
Rachel mentally slapped herself for leaving Ava behind.
"Umm..Sh.." Rachel stumbled trying to find the right words. Ava certainly wouldn't mind if Rachel told them what happened. Right?
"What happened?" Asked Cam clearly concern. Concern and fear was written all over there faces. Even Calleb and Adrians faces. They probably told them that when Ava and Rachel are plotting and then run off it's never a good thing.
"Fine." Rachel said putting her hands up in mock surrender.
They all just looked at her waiting to speak.
"So as you know we stalked Thomas. Then Mathew and him came out of the his bedroom."
"Well then what happened." Adrian asked lifetime a eyebrow.
"Mathew then said 'Oh are you scared she's going to find out' and that's how we figured out Thomas likes someone. And then Thomas dragged Ava away and Mathew blushed when I said your name Anna." Rachel said pointing to her. "The end."
Both boy's had their mouths hanging open while Anna started blus.h.i.+ng rather very hard. Cam and Brook snickered at that.
"Well then if Ava's missing we better find her." Anna said walking away.
Ava's POV
"What do you need?" I asked. No emotion came out of my voice it was as cold as ice and so was the look he was giving me.
"How much did you hear?"
"I heard nothing."
He slowly started to back me up against the wall. Soon enough his hands were placed on both sides of my head so I couldn't escape.
"Tell me." His face was now millimeters from mine our noses barley touching. I stared to flush a deep shade of crimson.
"I told you. I know nothing." My voice was now barley above a whisper.
The moment was rudely interrupted by a speeding Anna. She came to a halting stop once she saw us. Oh no. We both looked towards her. I flushed again so hard I probably look like a tomato.
"..uhhh..umm... I'm just gonna go." She said turning around. I quickly used that as I diversion. I slip under his arm and make a mad dash in the direction came in. I didn't turn around for his reaction. I soon slowed my pace and turned a corner which lead to the garden outside my window. I was lost. Great. I could see a training field outside it looked like it was placed edge of the palace yard. And to top it off night had fallen.
"Well, well look who I found." I jumped back in surprise. There stood Anna with her arms crossed. She emerged from the shadows and walked towards me.
"Where were you! We were worried you were going to do something stupid."
"I don't do anything stupid."
She gave me a look that said 'are you seriously lying to me'.
"Did I interrupt something earlier?"
"No." I whispered. Why I was whispering was a complete mystery.
"Sure didn't look like nothing."
Before I could reply we heard heavy footsteps coming in our direction.
We looked at each other and hid behind a tree. Guards started marching down the way we came from.
"What are they doing?" I asked not taking my eyes away because in the mist of all the shoulders I saw a certain black haired bronze eyes prince.
"Okay something definitely wrong if the Prince is there." Anna and I shared a glance.
We looked back and he disappeared. Soon a black dog came running towards us. It jumped on me. All of a sudden it changed back into Thomas. You've got to be kidding me. He was laying on top of me now trapping me against the ground and him.
"You need to go now."
"And why should I?"
"There's been a attack. They've killed the King." Saddens filled his eyes and he broke eye contact deciding the grown was better looking.
Anna and I both gasped. The King is dead.
"Who do you think murdered him?" I asked.
"I don't know, but I have to go. I have to find who did this. Plus they are launching a attack against us right now." With that he pulled me up and turned into a crimson red dragon with gold specks. We watched as he flew off.
It was hard to believe it. I never meet the King, but the people loved him like they loved the Queen after he married her. Who ever killed the King and started the attack must have a death wish. Because they messed with the wrong country. The country of Bellor will not fall.
