"Who's he?" Noah asked the trio as he saw that guy in blue jeans, white s.h.i.+rt, and a black leather jacked sit next to Meera's bed and no one tried to stop him.

"He's Troy," George said and was shocked on seeing him after so many years.

"Meera's... first love..." Lewis said and Noah was a bit nervous after hearing this.

"Years ago we were told that he died in a blast, Meera was heartbroken but now he's back so I don't know what'll happen." Isaac said and Noah left the room suddenly. His heart sank and he felt as if he lost her, he started hating himself for everything he did wrong.

Troy wasn't bothered about Noah or anyone else, he was just looking at Meera. He caressed her hair and said, "I was gone for a few years and look what you've done. Don't worry I won't leave you again." The trio gulped nervously. They wanted to tell troy that everything had changed after he left, that Meera had moved on and she loved someone else but they didn't dare to do so as they knew how dangerous he could be when it comes to Meera. Suddenly, her hand moved a bit and she opened her eyes slowly. They were all glad and the trio thought that it was because of Troy. But actually it happened because of Noah. She heard everything he spoke and didn't want him to blame himself for everything, that was the reason she woke up, it was for him. Troy was glad she woke up and hugged her. She was confused and sat up slowly.

"Troy?" She asked in confusion.

"Yeah it's me. Actually I escaped before the attack happened and hid for so many years." He explained to her and to the trio.

"I'm glad you're back." She said and smiled. He held her hand. Even though she loved him a lot but right now she didn't feel anything for him.

Suddenly the door opened and Noah came in, his hand bleeding as he banged the gla.s.s because he was angry at himself and wanted to punish himself. Meera was the first to look in his direction. Her eyes light up as she saw him and a big smile formed on her lips but the smile dropped as she saw his hand. She was worried and tried to get out of bed, she shook Troy's hand away.

"Noah..." She said and tears began to run down her eyes. Noah heard his name and looked at her, he noticed that she was trying to get out of bed and ran up to her.

"Don't even try to do that," He ordered and held her hand tightly as he knew she was about to panic. "You're injured just rest." He wiped away the tears and connected his forehead with hers and comforted her that everything was alright. Troy smiled as he realized that he was late, she already moved on. She chose her present as her future. He left the room along with the trio.

"What's wrong with your hand?" She asked softly.

"I got hurt accidentally." He excused.

"I can tell it was intentional." She looked straight into his eyes making him feel guilty.

"I'm sorry. I was really angry at myself for hurting you." He confessed.

"You know I love you," He nodded.

"And I know you love your family as much as you love me. If I was at your place I would have done the same." She comforted him.

"But I didn't believe you before." He whined and she loved how cute he was looking.

"It was because I didn't want you to." She said softly and he was confused.

"I made things look so bad to you that you started hating me. It was part of my plan." She said and he asked why. "Because I didn't want you to get hurt because of me I could afford to lose you." She confessed and was a bit guilty.

"You said you love me yet you push me away. If you love someone you support them at every step. It's not fair." He said and pretend to look angry.

"I'm sorry." She said weakly.

"Okay Princess, now just take rest. I'll call the doctor." He said and pecked her forehead.

They both are happy together but unaware that the enemies were still out there waiting for a chance to kill them.
