Haruno lay in the crow's nest, looking at the horizon when he saw a s.h.i.+p with a black flag approaching the s.h.i.+p where he was. Well, Before landing, Haruno used [Telekinesis] and landed slowly. After he landed several pirates shot toward him, who just used one of his new abilities: "Portal s.h.i.+eld." Portal s.h.i.+eld is when Haruno opens an entrance portal and an exit portal and fused them, they created a portal that could be used in three different ways. To protect, to attack and to support. With his last sentence, his red hair began to grow at a high speed, Haruno was going to use one of his AoE attack ability: "h.e.l.l Hair!" h.e.l.l Hair is when Haruno uses his skill [Senei-Kikan] to grow his hair and uses his soul skill [Soul Fire] to make it burn. Then he controls the hair to wrap around the enemy to burn him and kill it.

Some of them jumped off the s.h.i.+p to the water and others couldn't move. When they reached the water, they saw that blood was leaving their mouths and another part of their bodies. They were dead after some seconds. Haruno observed it with Kenboshoku no Haki and saw why they were dead, the captain of the s.h.i.+p was looking at Haruno with a smile in his face, like he finally found someone to fight with! He smiled and asked: "You know why I'm called Black Squid? Well, if you don't know... I will show you!" After saying it, his body began to change.

His skin color changed to black, his eyes turned red and his mouth expanded. Haruno smiled and said: "Zoan Fruit. Squid Squid no Mi (BlackSquid Model)."
