The book was talking about a Alchemy Treasure combined with Runes and Charms to form a Combination Item and the solution for the Game Console and every other Muggle Device was much simpler than that! It was a three Runes combination drawing and the Runes did not need to be drawn with Magical Reagent Ink and in fact even Fourth Year Hogwarts Students could do it. But they would never get the chance to do so, as the only place they could learn those Runes was from the Weasley Ancient Tomes! `Hehe! The monopoly for these Items will belong to Ottery St Magical Treasures for a long, long time!'

When Ron presented his discovery to his family, his friends and their families, their reaction was to be expected. From shock to pure joy and then confusion which then turned back into joy. But it was to be expected especially for the Diggory, Macmillan, Longbottom and Greengra.s.s families. The wizard world hadn't had any major advancements for a long, long time. And it wasn't entirely due to their vain pride and prejudice, it was also due to the wars their vain pride and prejudice had resulted in.
