Then, Jin Shengping introduced Ike to Lu Jia’er. “Ike was the first robot designed by Jin Xiangdong!”
After Lu Jia’er heard the words, her eyes gleamed with amazement and she sized up Ike again. “How old is Ike?”
“I am fifteen years old!” Ike reported the age of its own accord.
Fifteen! That was to say, this robot was designed when Jin Xiangdong was only a kid. He was a genius that lived up to the name. When others were just learning to wipe their noses, he began learning to invent intelligent robots.
“Ike is still different from the original. Xiangdong has been upgrading it over all these years!”

“My information?” Lu Jia’er said.
“Yes, your information!” Ike replied.
Jin Shengping helped to answer the question. “Jin Xiangdong knew you would come and uploaded your personal information to Ike’s personage database in advance!”
Jin Shengping obviously did not disclose everything. He made sure to keep some things to himself, such as the level of information on her in Ike’s personage database.
“Oh! I see!” Lu Jia’er suddenly understood what he meant. “My worry is superfluous. I thought that there was a bug in the program and that there was a security risks!”
Jin Shengping smiled. “Your worry is normal. Nothing in the world is absolutely perfect nor absolutely safe!”
Lu Jia’er agreed with this sentiment, but made sure she praised Jin Xiangdong’s design. “But the AI products by BUA Technology are among the best at home and abroad.”
“With you joining the company, I expect Xiangdong’s company to soon make safer AI products that get ever closer to setting the bar for perfection in the industry!” Jin Shengping said.
After hearing Jin Shengping’s compliment, Lu Jia’er said earnestly, “Ace is so full of sincerity and pa.s.sion for his work. I hope I will be helpful to his AI project!”
“I believe in his foresight!” said Jin Shengping.
Being praised by Jin Shengping put Lu Jia’er in high spirits. “Mr. Jin, you flatter me. I am familiar with psychology. As for high-tech fields such as AI, I feel that what I know about it is truly elementary! Ace has high expectations for me to meet, I am afraid I might let him down!”
But to Lu Jia’er’s modest remarks, Jin Shengping still replied with the same words, “I believe in his foresight.”
