The things that had transpired upon him,
were numerous enough to make him forget.
But the result of those things remained.
All of the pain,
the hards.h.i.+ps,
the suffering,

His mother,

he felt more distant than ever,
towards an estranged concept called "family".
This was his thought of such a thing by then,
to put it into words:
A family is but a relations.h.i.+p,
between those who happen to be blood-related,
nothing more, nothing less.
Then, someone came and reminded him,
of what it means to be a family.
She was nothing but a cla.s.smate to him.
Yet, her and her friends had saved him.
