There had been no light for so long that the single lit flame became almost too bright to look at. The flames flickers in that vulnerable way that fire does, as a single breeze could easily snuffle out the embryonic soul flame out of existence.
The embryonic soul flames is whiltering, flickering in intensity, on the near brink of extinction. It was about to be extinguished, when something greatly unexpected occured.
The embryonic soul flame quickly died down, dwindling down in size, compared to what it once was. Even so, the embryonic soul flame then split itself into two, balancing itself out, therefore stabilising itself. It further stops the uneven fluctuation of the embryonic soul flame.
The two embryonic soul flames. Each one is identical to the previous. Same size and brightness. Except for the difference in the colour of their souls. While one is blue silver in colour, tinged with violet colour flames, and radiating a strong suppressive spiritual qi pressure.
The other one is similarly blue silver in colour. It's nascent soul flame is much purer and transparent, with glowing white silver markings, that seems to counteract the suppress spiritual force of the other soul.
The little one, the one with the most purest flame out of the two. And is the youngest, the first one to achieved self awareness.
'Where am I? What is this place? And why am I here...' The little soul asked itself, bewildered and confused. Whilst, confined to this tight black s.p.a.ce.
The little soul has no recollection of who it once was, but instead, possesses rather vague fragmented memories of a distant galaxy. A world so far off, the distance thousands of light years away.
When all of a sudden, the surrounding darkness quaked, quivering before him. His scenery changes, as he felt a strong vacuum sensation pulling on his body.
Pa.s.sing through a layer of flesh, sliding across his fragile body. He exited an opening. A hole to the outside world.
Instinctively. He breathe his first breadth, outside of his mother's womb. It felt so breathtaking. So different; by so much, that the previous seems like a prison, as his horizon is greatly expanded.
After exiting from that small opening. What seems like hours. He finally left that world of darkness behind.
And then immediately, upon entering this world, he instinctively knew, deep down on the inside. That he was reincarnated...
He quickly accepts it.
Upon hearing the sounds of an infant crying, only seems to further reinforce, and solidified his beliefs.
The little baby boy, not even a days old, is already attempting to opens its eyes. Gradually, raising it's eyelids. But constantly, wincing in pain, at the first sign of light, that pa.s.ses through his tiny sapphire blue irises.
The little baby boy, was then met with the gaze of an extremely beautiful lady, when he opened his eyes. Who he first a.s.sumed to be was his biological mother.
The little baby boy, did not possess any real means to confirm his suspicion, but his guess was right on the spot.
The beautiful lady has long sky blue hair, glistening, as smooth as silk, draped down her shoulders. Fair white skin. And the very same sapphire blue irises as he does.
With a pretty face, so fairly constructed, and well proportion, that seems to make her resemble an angel. An ent.i.ty of near perfect perfection.
She looks at the little baby boys, in her arms, and caress their cheeks. Her own flesh and blood. With such warmth, and kindheartedness in her heart. Showcasing love for her children, such a gentle personality.
It was then that he felt a strong bond, growing withinside him, connecting himself with her.
The simple unseverable connection between a mother and her child. As he listened to that somewhat familiar a rhythmic heartbeat. He has being hearing ever since he was inside his mother's womb.
Beating softly. Matching the paste with his own. It was quite soothing. Calming the bad feeling within his chest.
There was no doubt that she was his own biological mother.
Before he could have a look around, to find out more about his surroundings, and the place he was born at.
Tiredness begins to slowly take it's over hold of him, since he was just recently born, the body is still quite fragile and weak. It's trying its best to quickly adapt to the rapid changes in the environment. It can be quite taxing on the infant's body. So its best to let the infant rest a bit, and slowly adapt to the change in environment.
Newfound tiredness takes its toll on him, forcing him to gradually lose consciousness.
However, he felt a deep sense of regret growing inside. Almost like it will be the last time he would see her... And he was not wrong there.
6 years later...
Somewhere within the South-western regions of the Heaven Dou Empire, within the Fasinuo Province of the Douluo Continent.
Holy Spirit Village.
If one only heard of its name, it might have sounded like a rather astonis.h.i.+ng village. But in actual fact, this was just a measly little village of three hundred households located south of Fasinuo province's Nuoding city.
The reason as to why it was called Holy Spirit Village was because of a legend; a hundred or so years ago, a Spirit Sage (ranked 71-80) Spirit Master came from there.
This was also what became the eternal pride of Holy Spirit Village.
Outside of Holy Spirit village, there was without exception, a vast expanse of farmland where plentiful grains and vegetables were produced daily, and then sent to supply Nuoding city.
Nuoding city was located in the middle of Fasinuo province, and while it wasn't considered a major city, the border of another empire was, after all, very close, and naturally, merchants of both great empires would often trade there.
Consequently, Nuoding city would flourish, and the lives of the commoners within the villages that surround the city were a whole lot better than everywhere else.
Barely reaching daybreak, in the distant eastern regions of Holy Spirit Village, the sky was beginning to turn pale grey in colour, with a tinged of orangey fire in the middle.
The first sign of early sunrise in the morning.
On a small hundred-meter tall forest hilltop, adjacent to Holy Spirit Village in the back. There were twin silhouettes of a small child.
They were only roughly five or six-year-old in age.
Evidently, every day they would endure the bare heat of the sun. Their skins have become a healthy wheaty yellow in colour. Both of their hairs appeared to be black, cut in short lengths, and kept very neat.
Even their clothes were rather simple and ordinary looking, but they were undoubtedly kept clean and tidy as per usual.
One child sat down quietly on top of the hilltop, in a lotus meditative position, with both of his hands, placed on the side of each of his knee.
His two eyes were unwaveringly looking towards the east, where the dawn morning sky was gradually brightening up.
Slowly, the boy then started the process, inhaling through his nose, then gently exhaling through his mouth; in a continuous cycle of inhalations and faint exhalations that, in the end, became a splendid repet.i.tive cycle.
During this process, the boy's eyes suddenly opened wide. And a noticeable faint trace of purple qi seemed to flash in the light of the growing bright grey dawn in the distant horizon. Without an astonis.h.i.+ng vision and concentration, it would be impossible to notice it.
At the first sight of the purple qi, the boy's spirit was so completely focused that he no longer even exhaled, only light and slow inhalation. At the same time, the two sapphire blue eyes firmly stared in concentration at the flickering purple light.
The purple qi didn't last long; by the time the eastern light gradually rose to become daylight, the purple qi had long completely vanished already.
Only then did the boy, with a long exhalation of internal turbid qi, slowly closed his eyes. White qi then poured out through his mouth like a bolt of unrolling silk before it slowly disperses.
After sitting quietly for a long time, the boy once more opened his eyes. With a dejected sigh, the boy showed a grudging expression, unsuitable for his age.
He then shook his head, and thought to himself, 'Still impossible. My Mysterious Heaven skill is still unable to break through the first serious bottleneck. It's already been a full three months, so why is this the result? Even the Purple Demon Eye, which relied on the purple qi from the east that could only be cultivated in the early morning, has shown better progress. With Mysterious Heaven skill unable to break through the bottleneck, my Mysterious Jade Hand is also unable to advance any further.'
In his depressed state, he undoubted recalled on how easily he broke through this threshold, in his previous life, 'When originally cultivating to the border between the first and second-tier, I didn't seem to come across circ.u.mstances like this. How come, when Mysterious Heaven skill altogether has nine tiers, it's this first tier that is this troublesome? Is it because this world is different from my original world?', feeling quite frustrated with himself...

This child was none other than Tang San, the one who had arrived in this world five years ago. It was the exact same Tang Sect's Tang San who leapt off from a cliff for his own prideful ideals.
The other child was Tang Qing. Tang San's younger twin brother. They were both born as a pair of identical twins since birth.
Whilst, one was noticeably hardworking and energetic. Keeping big secrets to himself. The other one was quite peaceful and layback. Quite often be seen playing around with the other kids.
They were both indeed reincarnated individuals, but at the same time, each came from a separate world and universe. That in itself didn't intertwine with each other or connected in any way possible.
Tang Qing was patiently sitting, not so far away from his older brother, towards the side, waiting for him to finish doing his business. Whilst, leaning his back against the earthy bark trunk of a tall Oaktree. Underneath the cool soothing shade of the Willow Oaktree.
His hand was holding onto a small and thin size stick, as he steadily twirls it around, moving it in steady formation forming a slight picture.
He was drawing on the surface of the soil to waste time...
Tang Qing then spoke out to Tang San, pointing his wooden stick towards him, "Are you done yet, Da Ge? We should head on back home with the firewood. Dad is properly waiting for you to come and prepare him for breakfast."
