All It Takes Is One Night 17 Chapter 17: My Girlfriend

After Katie rushes into the airport she has 20 minutes before Kyle's arrival so she decides to sit at luggage pick-up until he arrives. Time pa.s.ses by slowly but finally she can see a familiar silhouette waving at her, but he isn't alone. She can see Kyle walking towards her with his arms wrapped intimately around a girl with ash blonde hair who is wearing really provocative clothes.

"Katie!" Kyle screams as he hugs her. "Hey, it's so good to see" she awkwardly says trying not to stare at the lady by his side. "Wow, you haven't changed one bit, you still look as cute as ever" Kyle says to as he continues to intimately hold the girl.

'Cute, I'm still cute. Like an adorable sister. Thanks' she thinks while trying to force a smile. "So, who is this? You didn't tell me you where coming with someone" Katie says trying to sound as casually as possible.

"This is Kiki my girlfriend" Kyle says as he pulls Kiki closer. "Baby I'm really tired can we go home? You can catch up with others later. My parents sent a car" Kiki says not at all acknowledging that Katie is present. "I'm sorry Katie; I don't think we can have dinner tonight so Kiki and I will get going. I'll call you later okay?" Kyle says

"No… of course it's no problem the, flight must have been tiring we will catch up later" Katie says while desperately trying to hold back her tears.

Kiki starts walking towards the entrance where their ride is waiting, "ok thanks, and see you later" Kyle says as he runs up to catch up with his 'girlfriend' leaving a sad Katie behind.

Katie is left alone trying to hold her tears back, because she doesn't want to cry in a public place. As she steps out she starts walking towards the taxi park but that's when she notices someone familiar walking towards her with his coat.

'James? Why is he here? I thought he left,' she thought as she felt her tears coming back. 'Oh G.o.d Katie dot cry, don't you dare' she is trying her best to suppress her feelings.

James never planned on leaving; he was going to follow them until she got home. But then he noticed Kyle walking out the airport with someone else in his arms and he already figured out what must have happened so he took his coat and went towards the airport to wait for Katie
