II: Mage

A successful mage needs to become the apprentice for over two months and catches the eye of the Overseer(And pa.s.s a test).

III: Master

A qualified Master needs to be a Mage for over six months and pa.s.ses the Election of Mages (Master will be selected by voting among Mages).

IV: Daolord

In order to become a Daolord who is steps away from the ultimate Dao, one needs to be a Master for over 1 year and pa.s.ses the Election of Masters (Daolord will be elected by the Daoist Council).
