My First Diary 13 Chapter 13 - The Visitors

"Now I am not sure what I feel about him, like... I do have feels for him, and I think he has feeling for me too" Emma says to Jenifer, "but he wants you and him to be happy, as in, to have a good relations.h.i.+p, that rarely happens, you can rarely find that in a boy, consider yourself lucky" Jenifer tells Emma. "I know, I'm just... just worried that he is seeing someone else behind my bad, you know, the 'bad boy' thing" Emma tells Jenifer, "why would you think that Emma?" Jenifer asks Emma, "I don't know, it's just the guts, you know..." Emma tells Jenifer as her tone begins to go sad. "Look Emma, if he is actually going out with someone behind your back, he is missing out big time! You are an amazing person, you hear?" Jenifer tells Emma in a hope to comfort Emma, "you really think that?" Emma asks, as her eyes begin to water, "yes, why wouldn't I? We are best friends and I know you too well" Jenifer tells Emma as they both begin to giggle.

*knock knock* "and I wonder who could that be..." Jenifer asks begin a bit sarcastic, expecting Tom to be at the door. Jenifer approaches the door, puts her hand on the door handle, she lushes down the cold door handle and pulls to herself, "Well isn't it..." Jenifer begins but gets interrupted as she actually sees who the person that knocked is. 'Sir?... welcome?" Jenifer said to Mr Daly with a odd look in her eyes, "Mr Daly? h.e.l.lo!" Emma greeted her teacher, feeling a bit weird and confused, "how are you Emma?" asked Mr Daly approaching Emma, "I know it very weird you seeing me here, but you cla.s.s mates and I decided to come a visit you for a tiny bit to see how you are, if that's okay with you?" Mr Daly adds, "I'm feeling better, thank you for asking, and not at all, you are welcome in for a visit!" Emma tells Me Daly, "now I am sorry, not everyone came, since it's a Sunday, but we tried to get as much people as possible" Mr Daly tells Emma. "Where are they, may I ask?" asks Jenifer, "ah, they should be here any time now" Mr Daly tells Jenifer. Suddenly, Mr Daly, Emma and Jenifer heard loud knocking and the door beginning to open, "Emma! Oh my G.o.d, are you okay?" said Isabella, worried, as she came in and went to Emma, "Isabella, where is everyone else?" Mr Daly asked Isabella, "they are coming, should be here is a bit" Isabella told Mr Daly. The door opened again, and one by one, Emma's cla.s.smates began entering the room, there were sixteen out of twenty four cla.s.smates that came to visit Emma, they all went around Emma, worried, they hugged Emma and wished her a fast recovery.

Some of Emma's cla.s.smates began to leave 5 minutes after they came for a visit, while some stayed up to 4 hours, with Emma, and with the students, there was Mr Daly, he stayed for about 3 hours, before going home, the only two people left in the room are Jenifer and Isabella. "Tell me about this guy Tom, Emma?" Isabella asks, "well, Tom is a nice looking guy, he is also nice, but I feel like he is doing things behind my back" Emma explains to Isabella, "so trust issues, huh?" Isabella asks, "no, not really I guess..." Emma denies, "besides, who would not be jealous if they had a hot looking boyfriend or a girlfriend?" Emma asks Isabella, "I get you Emma" Isabella begins, "but you should give Tom a bit more s.p.a.ce, you know" Isabella tells Emma. "I don't know... I mean, I know what you are saying, it's just that, I'm scared..." Emma tells Isabella, "don't be, just be yourself, besides, that why he fell in love with you, because of why you are, you mean something to him, I can feel it.." Isabella explained to Emma. "Also, try to think optimistically, for example, he could ask you on a date when you get put of the hospital!" Jenifer added, "I honestly am trying just to get more positive thoughts in my head, but it's just hard when you feel paranoid that you might lose someone that you fell in love with, I... I don't want this relations.h.i.+p to end the way that my last relations.h.i.+p ended" Emma told Jenifer and Isabella as the frown in Emma's face grew more and more, "look, Dean was a douche, I don't even know what goodness you saw in him to be completely honest, but I'm telling you, I think that Tom is different" Jenifer told Emma in an effort to make her feel less paranoid, "but you also said that Tom was in a relations.h.i.+p though already" Emma said with a slightly suspicious look in her face, looking at Jenifer, "... wait... when?... Was that like a few days ago? I don't know if I can..." Jenifer began speaking, as she is also trying to remember what Emma is telling her. "It was that morning when I told you about that nightmare and how Tom almost killed me in my dream, remember?" Emma told Jenifer in a hope to remind her if what Emma is talking about, "ohhhh... you actually believed me that he was single? I guess I took that one a bit too far..." Jenifer confessed to Emma as her cheeks begin to slightly redden, "... I should have know... but also... why?" Emma begins to ask Jenifer in a dull tone, "dude I don't know, as a joke... ta da..." Jenifer said feeling uncomfortable, "sorry?..." Jenifer adds, "you buy me coffee... huh, I cannot believe this" Emma said to Jenifer in a slightly sarcastic way, "ummm, I here too, what about me?" Isabella asks, "how can we possibly forget about you Isabella" said Emma. "The real question tho is...." Isabella begins, "yes?" said Emma, "when am I gonna fall in love?!" Isabella said as she to cry, "nice acting sista" Jenifer said to Isabella, "I know right" Isabella said changing from a sad face to her normal face, ".... huh?" Emma said confused, "I'm just tired, don't worry" Isabella said to Emma, "wait, what's the time?" Jenifer asked Emma and Isabella, "well, it's 7:09 PM" Isabella said as she checked her phone, "wait, it's already 7!?" Jenifer said surprised, "ugh, there are so many things that I need to do at home, I hope you don't mind me leaving, do you Emma?" Jenifer asked Emma, "yeah, don't let me stop you from doing your work, okay? If you need to go, just go, okay?" Emma told Jenifer, "do you want me to drop you off Jen?" Isabella asked Jenifer, "no it's fine" Jenifer said, "you sure, it's snowing and it's pretty cold outside..." Isabella told Jenifer, "I mean... if you don't mind...." said Jenifer. "Okay, let's go, I'll be right back Emma!" Isabella said to Jenifer and Emma, the door closed as the room became empty again.
