The next afternoon.

Tang Nuanhua opened the door of her wardrobe and looked around for a suitable dress for the cla.s.s meeting. She hadn't looked in it before but now when she opened the door, she was stunned at the various kinds of beautiful clothes that were there.

The wardrobe itself was a walk-in one with a high ceiling. It had a lot of room and it was packed with clothes ordered all from abroad. In the past, Li Shao asked some designers to prepare for her all these clothes, but she did not wear any of them. Now, after really looking at them, she found that the clothes were very suitable for her body and they were all in her favourite style.

There were a few knocks on the door. Tang Nuanhua opened it and Li Wei walked in with a tray filled with snacks for afternoon tea.

He put the tray down on a stool and saw that Tang Nuanhua was picking clothes. Although he felt that her behaviour was strange, he still showed a warm and kind smile on his face. He could feel that Tang Nuanhua had changed very much.

Tang Nuanhua saw Li Wei staring at the clothes and she took the opportunity to ask: "Li Wei, was it Li Shao who put these clothes here?"

Li Wei smiled brightly and his like for Tang Nuanhua slightly increased. Since it was so rare for her to ask about the young master, he answered truthfully: "Yes. These are the clothes that my young master personally picked for you. He did not want me to tell you because he knew you don't like him at all and if you had known it was him, you would not have even tried to wear the clothes. Tang Nuanhua closed her eyes and her heart clenched. Sure enough, she had guessed right.

After looking around her wardrobe for a bit, Tang Nuanhua picked an elegant, gorgeous dress. She took the dress and put it against her body then stood in front of a mirror to see how it would look. "Li Wei, you help me choose. Does this look good?"

Li Wei smiled. "Young mistress has a stunning face and will naturally look good in anything you wear."

Tang Nuanhua blushed because she was embarra.s.sed and quickly chased Li Wei away saying: "You! Don't bother me if you're not going to help!"

Li Wei chuckled and went to the shoe cupboard next to the wardrobe. He opened it and said: "Young mistress, there are numerous shoes and jewelleries in here that are all designer. There is a lot to choose from so just pick what you want to wear."

As he said this, he diligently removed some of the jewellery boxes and gave them to her. Tang Nuanhua smiled warmly and gratefully: "Li Wei, thank you."

Li Wei smiled in response: "If the young master sees you wearing the things he prepared, he will be very happy." Tang Nuanhua heard this and quickly entered the bathroom to change. After a while, she came out a lavender dress and looked at herself in the mirror again. She then handed a phone to Li Wei and asked: "Li Wei, can you take a full body photo for me?"

In front of the camera, Tang Nuanhua smiled lightly, her smile was gentle and playful, and her eyes were clear. Anyone who saw this would be lost in her smile.

After her photo was taken, Tang Nuanhua directly sent her picture to Li Shao along with a message: "Do l look good?" She waited for a reply but none came so she guessed that he was still busy. She ignored her phone and started putting on some make-up to enhance her features. While she was doing her eyebrows, her phone started vibrating. Song Yijun was calling again.

"Nuanhua are you ready? Its just a simple cla.s.s meeting/reunion so you can dress very simply. Even if you were ordinary clothes, it does not matter. I am calling to remind you that the party will start soon so be here on time."

Tang Nuanhua silently listened to her but did not say a word in response. Song Yijun hung up the phone after saying all these words.

In her heart, Tang Nuanhua sneered. She remembered that in her last life, when she answered the phone, Song Yijun said the exact same thing. And after she arrived at the scene, she saw Song Yijun…
