Marco used Gnome's powers to fill his body with the power of the earth, he jumped and threw a punch at the incoming mace, their clash created a small shockwave, but neither of the two seemed undamaged.

Megalo: Ara. I didn't expected that strength, it looks I need to get serious.

Then Megalo's mace moved at a really fast speed and almost hit Marco, who used his affinity with water to swim away, Megalo's attack created an immense pressure that flung Marco against a wall, but it didn't hurt him.

He positioned horizontally and kicked the wall, Megalo brought the mace in front of her to block the hit…

That never came…

Megalo: Guh!

Marco made a sharp turn and got around the mace before hitting Megalo in the gut, who made only a step back before slamming her palm to her chest, trying to get Marco.

Marco vanished from her chest using Undine's powers for speed in the water, and reappeared over her head and brought his arms upwards, forming a X, when he did that, two giant spikes appeared at Megalo's sides, trying to penetrate her body.

But with her agility at using the mace she was able to smash both the spikes before they injured her, and swung it in front of Marco, still over her head, Marco braced himself for the impact and was smashed against the wall behind him.

Marco: 'f.u.c.k, that was a heavy hit even with Gnome's powers…'

Then he looked forward and seen Megalo's fist just over his face, unable to block the hit, he took it directly and got at the other side of the wall.

Marco: Tsk…

Megalo: That's all? You need to do better!

Then Marco saw Megalo's mouth opening and ready to devour him, it could be easily dodged, but Marco grinned and let himself getting eaten.

The Megalo was satisfied with the meal, and turned back to the throne, before asking someone to repair the place.

Inside her stomach, Marco was looking around, clearly disgusted from the scene, but it would change really soon…

He extended an hand forward, and a symbol appeared on his palm, before a bijuudama appeared on his palm, but it didn't end there…

Wind came from Sylph, and turned around the bijuudama, charging it to another level, and threw it to a random direction before using Gnome's powers to defend himself.

And then the bijuudama exploded, creating a wind sphere where everything was destroyed, Megalo included, she didn't even know what happened and she died just like that.

Meanwhile, there was a bloodied figure in the ground, the blood was mixing with the water, but thanks to Undine's help, the blood was turning back in his body after being separated from water.

Then thanks to Undine again, he was transported back at the port of the Kitsune Village, but this time he transformed again in his Cub form, the injuries got smaller together with his body, which made the healing a bit easier, and with the a.s.sistance of Undine, in some hours he was again at the peak.

But when he stood up to walk away, once again a pair of arms picked him up and he immediately bit the hand, fearing to be captured again.

The hands let go of Marco, who fell on his feet and turned around to fight whoever tried to get him, but he raised an eyebrow and calmed down immediately.

Marco: ...Alice?

Alice: What the f.u.c.k, Marco?! Why did you bit me?!

Marco: Hehe… Long story, I will tell you later, let's go to an inn now because tomorrow we will leave.

Alice glared at Marco, before caressing her own hand and following Marco towards an inn.

Marco stopped and got down, then Chikara got up and tried to pat Marco's head, but his tail lashed on her hand like lightning and whipped her wrist.

Chikara pouted and caressed her hand, before sighing and let out a smile.

Chikara: Alright, please enter on the boat.

Marco and Alice followed her and Chikara started to use her magic to move the boat. When they reached the other side, Marco and Alice stepped down from the boat and turned towards Chikara.

Marco: Bye Chikara!

Alice waved her hand while the other one held Marco, Chikara returned the wave and said with a smile.

Chikara: Bye, Kurama! Her Majesty!

Then she moved back the boat to the Kitsune Village, and Marco sighed before hopping down from Alice's arms and taking once again his original form. He stretched his body before turning towards Alice.

Marco: Alright, let's go!

Alice: I didn't knew you had a gentle side, I thought you were mostly an a.s.shole…

Marco: Ouch… I'm hurt… Anyway, we will go at Gold Region now… Precisely at Grangold, I heard some rumors about that place...

Alice: I'm curious… What will you do once you visited every place?
