Marco unsheathed his katana and swung with all of his might, Trooperoid put her arms in front of her, trying to block the hit, when the attack touched her she felt as if she was. .h.i.t from a metallic s.h.i.+p and got sliced in two sections, before she got sealed into a mechanical gear.
Marco: And one's gone…
Lazarus: ...But there seem to be a whole lot of them. No matter how many you crush, it's only a matter of time till you're overrun.
Marco: Pfft, they should be 10 times more if they want to make me get a bit serious, and if the leader's dead then they will leave.
Lazarus: Not too uncommon during war… Oi, oi! More are heading here already!
More Trooperoids are rus.h.i.+ng over down the street.
Trooperoid 1: Number 67's responses have stopped coming in! Did she get taken out!?

Marco charged his sword with Salamander's powers, before he swung with Flash Kill, neatly cutting two of them, and leaving charred parts, before they got sealed in more mechanical gears.
Lazarus: Tsk… Hey, Marco, give me a light.
Marco: Huh?
Lazarus: The fire of the Salamander spirit.
Some other Trooperoids got irritated and one said.
Trooperoid 3: Hey! Don't ignore us!
Lazarus: Shut the h.e.l.l up. You all wanna squeeze out our s.e.m.e.n, right? Have you already decided what order you'll go in, then?
Trooperoid 3: Oh, that's right… Who's going first? By the way, I call the kid.

Then Lazarus started to talk again to Marco.

The Trooperoids threw themselves at the duo, Marco ran away leaving Lazarus alone, and the latter cut one in two, with his sword emitting fire.
Marco jumped over a building, before looking around. And in that moment, he saw a small light reflected at him, before he unsheathed his sword and deflected a hidden slash.
?: Oh… You saw my surprise attack, huh? You're quite agile, aren't you?
The one who launched the surprise attack slipped out of the shadows… Revealing a.s.sa.s.sinroid.
She was a chimera with a dark body, she wore a blue sportive clothes, on her left hand she had long claws while in her right hand she had a long blade coming out from the back of her hand, she had blue hair and a pale face, with red eyes and a pair of horns on her forehead.
a.s.sa.s.sinroid: I am a.s.sa.s.sinroid… As my name implies, I specialize in surprise and a.s.sa.s.sination. I was getting bored with having command of this troop of Trooperoids… But now I have some interesting prey to play with.
Marco ignored her and lighten up a cigarette, before exhaling some smoke.
Marco: You won't touch me.
a.s.sa.s.sinroid: Hoho? Arrogant, aren't we?
a.s.sa.s.sinroid turned invisible with an ability of hers, while Marco used Serene Mind.
*Ding*
*Serene Mind activated.*
Since he achieved the Perfect Serene Mind, there wasn't the duration anymore, but he was still using the Chakra Gate.
He took out the cigarette to exhale some smoke at left, and he heard a cough, before he saw a.s.sa.s.sinroid turning visible again with an hand over her mouth.
a.s.sa.s.sinroid: *Cough* *Cough* How did you know I was here?!
Marco didn't answer and put back the cigarette in his mouth, before he grabbed a.s.sa.s.sinroid's hair and deactivated Serene Mind, then using Gnome's powers before slamming her head on his knee, breaking her skull.
Being an a.s.sa.s.sin is a double edged sword, you can kill the enemy with a single strike, but you have only one chance, if you failed, then run, if you stay, you will get killed. And since this monster was made for a.s.sa.s.sinations, her body is light… And fragile.

She glowed, before being sealed into a small tentacled creature. Marco looked around from the roof of the building, and saw that the Trooperoids fell in confusion and retreated.
Marco sighed and jumped down the building, before deactivating the Chakra Gate.
Lazarus: Heh… Looks like ya got the boss.
Marco turned around with a poker face, and saw Lazarus… He looked like he just got a mini bijuudama in the chest, his clothes were completely burned and his skin left a bit, revealing charred muscles.
Marco: And you look like a f.u.c.king arab after he survived an explosion…
Lazarus: Guh…
He collapsed in the ground.
Marco: ...Don't worry, I will bury you, or what remains of you, beside Marcellus' grave… You gained it…
*Ding*
*Special Quest: Bury Lazarus beside Marcellus' grave.*
Marco kneeled down, and patted his charred shoulder.
Lazarus: Heh… You took the words right out from my mouth…
Lazarus closed his eyes, and died…
Marco: *Sigh*
He lifted Lazarus' burned corpse and took it away.
