When hearing this, Ying faced Yang and tilted her head. She lifted her left eye brow as if questioning his statement, which caused him to blush. The word had left him unconsciously and now he cursed his stupid mouth. To distract himself he quickly sat up and rushed to loosen his bear pelt from the backpack.

Seeing Yang's fl.u.s.tered state, Ying decided not to pursue it any further even though she found it amusing. Instead she lent him a hand, since he was quite clumsy.

The Ice G.o.d was just going to wrap her pelt around her body when the Fire G.o.d gathered enough courage to articulate his opinion.

Yang glanced at the woman beside him and saw no visible change in her expression. As always, she was cool as a cuc.u.mber. This apathetic behavior of hers had more then once ignited his rage. He wanted to feel acknowledged, which she seldom did.

Now, he felt afraid and abashed instead. His pulse increased by some unknown reason and he started to breath deeper. What if she thought he was a pervert who wanted to take advantage of her?
