My Way To You 258 Lap Pillow

"Can you explain just one thing for me" Edlyn asked as she released Ariana from her embrace. "Ya sure anything." Ariana replied. "What's a lap pillow and why does Cayden owe you it?" Edlyn asked innocently. Ariana almost spit up 3 litres of blood from the question. "I-I-I-I." Ariana stuttered like a broken record player. Edlyn looked at Ariana with big, innocent eyes making the whole thing more awkward.

"I-I-I-I, I'm using Cayden's lap as m-m-m-my personal pillow s-s-s-so I can take a n-n-nap." Ariana explained with great difficulty. "Oh that's nice. My mom and dad use to let me do that when I was small. Sometimes Thor uses my lap to take naps too." Eldyn said cheerfully. Ariana glowed a deep red as she looked at Edlyn. "A lap pillow between a man and woman is different." Ariana mumbled as she averted her gaze.

"How so? I think it's sweet. It just shows that Cayden really cares for you." Edlyn replied completely confused when Ariana blushed harder.

"Edlyn picture Xander sitting on a bench and you laid your head on his lap." Ariana instructed and Edlyn closed her eyes. She pictured a beautifully sunny day. Xander was sitting on a bench under the shade of a tree. She was sitting beside him and he patted his thigh. He looked at her and invited her to rest her head. She happily did and snuggled against his thigh as he brushed her hair gingerly with his fingers. Edlyn flushed slightly as a wide grin spread across her face. "It's nice." Edlyn giggled. "Now turn and face the other direction. Your knees should be facing him and your face should be maybe an inch from his *cough*." Ariana said as she brought her fist up and coughed.

Edlyn with her eyes still closed did everything she was told and suddenly her eyes shot open faster then the speed of sound. Her face turned a deep red as a small trickle of blood ran down from her nose. "That's so indecent!" Edlyn shouted. "It's the same if you offered him a lap pillow!" Ariana cried before she covered her face. "I can no longer offer my lap to Thor! I'm absolutely mortified!" Edlyn shouted.

"Thor is innocent. He wouldn't have those kind of thoughts so it's fine but... but what if Cayden asks to switch? What if he sees I can't fall asleep and wants me to offer him a lap pillow because he's tired from waking up so early? What if he purposely turns? What if I smell? I mean I shouldn't smell, I bathed but I don't know how it works down there. I have been feeling funny every since we first kissed and have been saying strange things. I get all hot and sweaty and my body is screaming for more! It's driving me insane!" Ariana ranted. 

Edlyn's jaw dropped. "You've been feeling fluffy?" Edlyn whispered. "What?! No! Yes! Maybe? I don't know?! He's the only one to ever make me feel this way!" Ariana shouted before she squatted down and covered her face. "I'm hot for him. I know I am but in my whole life I have only ever been a virgin and I don't even know what I'm supposed to do?" Ariana mumbled behind her hands. 

"Uh... Are you two alright in there?" Icarus called into the girls change room. Ariana dropped her hands and looked at Edlyn. They both wore the same horrified expression. "Just a minute." Edlyn called out before she squatted down next to Ariana. "Do you think he heard us?" She whispered. Ariana paled. "I don't know, what do you think?" She asked in turn. "I don't know maybe?" Edlyn replied. "Can you please hurry up. I feel awkward standing out here." Icarus shouted. "Okay." Ariana shouted back.

"Pretend that he didn't hear or else we'll die from embarra.s.sment." Ariana instructed. Edlyn nodded her head vigorously and they both shot up like nothing happened. 

They quickly went to the mirror and started to brush their hair. "You said just a moment." Icarus complained. "Just need to finish our hair." Ariana shouted before she called out Davita. "We can't all be pop up pretty boys." Ariana whispered as she rolled her eyes causing Edlyn to giggle. "Us pretty boys do put some work in to our looks every morning." Icarus replied causing both girls to turn deadly white. Davita quickly swirled around them, creating some wind so that their hair dried fast. The girls silently applied product and styled their hair. 

They stepped out of the change room with their eyes glued to the ground. "About time you came out." Icarus said in a huff. "Sorry." The girls said in unison. Icarus sighed and started to scratch the back of his head as he peeked at the girls. "You know your lucky it was me that came to check up on you or else you would have a hard time explaining yourselves." Icarus said as he slightly blushed.

Edlyn started to cry and Ariana gave Icarus a cold glare. "Hey! Don't do that! They'll think I'm bullying you." Icarus said as he tried to calm down Edlyn. He awkwardly patted her back as her tears fell to the ground. 

"What's going on?" Xander asked as he walked up to the three of them. "I don't know! She just started crying." Icarus said as he continued to awkwardly pat Edlyn's back. Xander caught Icarus's wrist. "Don't touch her." He hissed before he wrapped his arm around Edlyn. She looked up and another wave of tears spilled downwards. Xander shot Icarus a cold glare and walked Edlyn away from them. "The polite thing to do is to pretend you didn't hear anything." Ariana growled. 

Icarus turned and coughed. He couldn't face Ariana without feeling a bit guilty. "I hadn't heard much." Icarus said awkwardly. "How much did you hear?" Ariana asked between clenched teeth. "Not much." He replied, still avoiding Ariana's gaze. "From where?" Ariana asked again, making her tone became harsher. "What... Is a.... lap pillow." Icarus replied hesitantly.
