His handsome face was magnified in front of her eyes, and even though he was still young, his future appearance could already be vaguely seen. At this rate, he would definitely become a brilliant, powerful, and peerless handsome man in the future, just as how he was written in the books.

Ye Mu couldn't help but hold her breath. Her chubby face couldn't help but swell up at the close scrutiny, as she stared at him with a nervous smile, looking into his phoenix eyes.

“B-but before you leave, let me take good care of you…” she murmured.

Mo Linyuan nodded at this. Then, he felt his hand reach out to rub her on the head. This kind of feeling made him feel as if he was patting a pet.

A few days pa.s.sed in the blink of an eye.

Since Ye Mu was injured,  she also refused to go anywhere outside her abode. Today, she was in bed, exercising futilely.

Seeing this, Ye Xiaolang couldn't help but snicker. He even teased that when Aji came back with the medicine, he would let him have a look at her predicament as well.

Ye Mu's servants were camped outside, but none of them had dared or stepped forward to stop him.  It was the Ye Xiaolang who ran over to stop him.

“Fifth Young  Master, what do you want to do? Our Young Miss is still recuperating!”

“Scram! Who  do you think you are to dare stop me?” Ye Tian frowned scathingly. Without saying anything further, he lashed the whip in his hand. The whip was full of barbs that were like small blades; if one were to be stuck with it, the pain would be unimaginable!

Ye Xiaolang was alarmed as he subconsciously avoided the attack. However, after successfully dodging the attack, he was surrounded by the other party's men.

“Such  power!”

Ye Mu laid on the bed and looked at him with a serious expression. “Big brother, what do  you want to do?” She didn't wait for Ye Tian to reply before coldly laughing. “Or could it be that  brother felt that his mother was lonely in the dark room, so he wanted to go  in and accompany her?”

“Shut  up!” Ye Tian furiously pointed his whip at her. “Who do you think you are to threaten me? I am my father's only legal son. Even if I kill you,  father won't do anything to me! ”

Before he came,  his mother had told him this: ‘My son, no matter what you do to your younger sister, your father will not do anything to you. Because you are his son, you  can do anything you want…"

“Is that  so?” Ye Mu was secretly on guard, “I don't know who instigated you  to do this kind of brainless thing, but big brother should care about not  being used as a gun by others.”

“Pfft! Who's  your brother?” Ye Tian said with a fiery temper, “Today I will teach  you a lesson and let you know what a concubine-born daughter's duty is!”

As he spoke, he raised the whip and decisively aimed it at Ye Mu's face!

Ye Mu was shocked and immediately wanted to dodge, but before she could do so, Ye Tian's hand was grabbed aggressively by Mo Linyuan, who had suddenly appeared by his side!
