After experiencing a change of scenery in a split second, we finally arrived in Asgard. More accurately, we arrived in a rainbow bridge of some sorts. It was a beautiful sight, with all colors in the spectrum flowing through a gla.s.s-like bridge.

I instantly used [Clairvoyance] to see everything around me.

Asgard is not round like the Earth, does not spin on its axis, and does not revolve around a star. It is a flat, asteroid-like ma.s.s that has a top surface with a gravitational pull, similar to that of the Earth, in order to keep the citizens and their cities from floating into the void above.

The matter on Asgard is also denser and more durable than the matter on Earth. There is an unknown force that keeps the surfaces of Asgard from eroding and from allowing its bodies of water from drifting off into s.p.a.ce.

In conclusion, it is a high-level sub-dimension that is the size of a state. All existing elements, universal laws, and geographical environment are present on it. It is simply incomparable to the sub-dimension that I created; there are many things that my sub-dimension lacks.

I should take note of this place as this is what I hope to achieve in the future.

"I'm glad you like the place." A familiar deep voice greeted us from behind.

"Ah, you still think you can read my mind." I instantly knew who it was.

I turned around and saw a man wearing a golden armor. It is complete with a helmet with horns, and a big golden sword placed in his hand. Underneath that helmet, his slightly glowing orange eyes were especially irritating. Like it can see through everything.

"We finally met. I'm the gatekeeper of the Bifrost, Heimdall." He paused. "Should I call you by your name? Or do you have any t.i.tle that you wanted to be called?"

"'Finn' should be fine. I'm not one to insist on honorary t.i.tles."

"As you wish." Heimdall then turned to the girls. "And these are your companions? A half-faerie. A Kree-experimented human. And a..."

"An ordinary human. That's what she is." I controlled the s.p.a.ce around Lynn and brought her near me.

"She's dying." Heimdall warned.

"No s.h.i.+t, Sherlock. Because of Loki here, we're in this mess. She could've seen this 'Oh-so-beautiful' place of yours if it wasn't for her curse."

"We'll take care of it." Thor said by the side.

"You better be." I took a deep breath and cooled myself off for a moment. I accidentally exploded a little bit there. It's good that Loki's mouth is being restrained because if not, I might just blast him into oblivion if I see that grinning face once more.

"Loki. The Allfather is expecting you. This time, it's worse." Heimdall turned to Loki.

"What did he say?" Thor asked him.

"He will give his judgment as soon as you bring Loki to him." Heimdall then changed the topic. "Did you bring the Tesseract back with you?"

Thor nodded and turned to me.

I produced the Tesseract from my Storage and handed it over to him. "I'm starting to get used to it. Give it back after you're done."

Heimdall nodded.

At that moment, two people wearing full armors arrived on white horses. They were fully equipped, ready for a battle anytime. These might be the Einherjar of Asgard that I heard from Loki, the fallen warriors of other worlds who are deemed worthy to be reincarnated as warriors here. The main warrior-army of Asgard.

The two of them simultaneously got off their horses and faced our group.

"The Allfather seeks your presence." Both of them said at the same time.

"I just informed him of your arrival. Go on." Heimdall said from behind us.

You really can't give me a break, can you? Well, that's fine too. I have a few things to say to him anyway so I might as well seize this chance.

The two Einherjar then led us to the palace of Asgard. On the way there, all I can say is that it really befits the t.i.tle 'Home of the G.o.ds'. Everywhere you look, you could see magic-enchanted technologies. There are ma.s.sive anti-air artilleries all around the place. The residents curiously staring at us are all handsome and beautiful. I can say that this may be the closest thing to heaven because...

"Everything's so s.h.i.+ny and glittery. Most are made up of gold?" Karla's bewildered by what she sees.

"Yes, that is right." Thor proudly smiled. "This, my friends, is Asgard."

As we entered the palace, we were greeted with lined up Einherjar and an old man with a golden eye patch sitting on a throne. There is this unexplainable feeling coming from this old man. He's naturally exuding a force that could bring one to his knees and unconsciously obey whatever he says. It's like he's covered in mist; I can't figure out anything about him.

Although, because of my meeting with Death, I'm quite used to this feeling.

This is the aura of a higher being. This is Odin. He's holding the magical spear Gungnir from the myths.

"You are quite feared." Odin suddenly remarked while we're still walking towards him.

When I was wondering what he's talking about, I just noticed that several of the lined up Einherjar are trembling. From their toes to the tip of their hairs, everything was filled with fear. They were like rabbits in front of a merciless lion.

However, I am still confused.

'Why are they trembling? What are they afraid of?'

It was answered by none other than Morgana.

"My lo-- Finn. The Einherjar are the courageous, brave, and worthy warriors that are brought here upon dying in their worlds. If I'm not wrong, some of them came from our previous world. The world we wreaked havoc upon."

Ahh, I see. That makes sense.

"In short, they're afraid of me because of that?"

Morgana replied with a nod.

Well, this is awkward. But I can't blame them for being afraid of me. I mean, I might've killed a few of them. Okay, maybe most of them.

Back then, I killed a lot of people that I don't even remember a single one. I only remember them if they presented a good fight. That's how f*cked up my life was before. However, I'm starting to change.

I wanted to tell them that, but before I could do so, Odin slammed the Gungnir down. It produced a loud sound, and as the Einherjar heard it, they instantly stopped trembling. The fear in their eyes is completely gone.

'A King really is on another level.' I thought again as I stared at the throne where Odin sat. 'I'm starting to miss Lemuria.'
