Chapter 178: Falling (2)

The Master Hoodoo was not surprised at all. He laughed out and said, “There you are, you little b.a.s.t.a.r.ds.” He raised his hands to their sword and whip.

His arrogant smile stopped as his hands touched the sword and whip. The Master Hoodoo looked at his hands with disbelief-one of the hands was penetrated by Luo Jianqing’s sword, while a finger of the other hand was smashed by Mo Qiu’s long whip.

The Master Hoodoo stared at Luo Jianqing and Mo Qiu with astonishment, suddenly realizing the gap between an ordinary person and a talent.

Now, he was desperately jealousy. The Master Hoodoo was by no means a talent. Demons had longer life expectancies than human. It took him six thousand years to reach the current realm, and what was more humiliated, he was badly wounded by the cultivators of Tai Hua Mountain a thousand years ago. But these two little b.a.s.t.a.r.ds, they had reached such amazing realms so young.

“I’m gonna kill you!!!”

Boom!

The black toxic air spread like a thunder bolt and rushed towards Luo Jianqing and Mo Qiu. The toxic air transformed into tow evil dragons that were wheeling and roaring in the air. The dragons opened their mouths as if they were to swallow Luo Jianqing and Mo Qiu.

Mo Qiu said, “Ward Spreads!”

Instantly, Luo Jianqing and Mo Qiu were surrounded by light halo, sheltering them from the toxic air.

With the indigo lotus hovering on the point of his sword, Luo Jianqing slid his left hand across the sword until his finger touched the little lotus. Then he looked up at the approaching dragon. Luo Jianqing tapped the lotus and it swiftly flew at the dragon along with the Floating Frost Sword.

“Blossom Lotus Sword!”

Filled with the power of karma, the tiny lotus aimed at the dragon and penetrated its belly.

Luo Jianqing had practiced the Fourth Seizure of Nine Heavenly Seizure Record for many years, yet he hadn’t mastered the Fifth Seizure. On the Feng Shen Sea, near the jaws of death, he had released his potential power and finally reached the threshold of the Fifth Seizure, but that was far from success.

Nevertheless, Luo Jianqing had mastered the former four Seizures of Nine Heavenly Seizure Record, and that was enough to deal with the current threat.

On the other side, a long blood-red whip fiercely flogged the black dragon, as if a red lightning darted away on all sides within its body. After a roar, the black dragon decomposed into toxic air and disappeared.

In a moment, they killed one dragon and seriously wounded another.

Luo Jianqing’s realm was a little bit lower than Mo Qiu, and he had sustained a serious wound. The penetrated dragon was crying and rus.h.i.+ng towards Luo Jianqing. Just as he raised the Floating Frost Sword and was about to block, a blood-red whip flashed across his eyes and smashed the dragon’s neck.

The seemingly long battle was actually ephemeral. The two evil dragons were eliminated with few blows.

Seeing that, the Master Hoodoo roared furiously, “Go to the h.e.l.l!”

As he stopped talking, the Master Hoodoo shed the black rays in all directions, and he transformed into an ugly huge black spider. It was three hundred meters high and one hundred meters long, with eight pairs of eyes rolling madly, which were all fixed on Luo Jianqing and Mo Qiu ultimately.

“Roar!”

The Master Hoodoo moved its eight legs and rushed towards Luo Jianqing and Mo Qiu.

Without any hesitation, they ran away to the opposite directions. However, the Master Hoodoo saw through their trick and just chased Luo Jianqing, who was wounded and weaker. When Mo Qiu hurriedly turned around to save Luo Jianqing, the Master Hoodoo was even satisfied with his wisdom.

So, now, Luo Jianqing was running fast ahead; the huge black spider was in the middle chasing Luo Jianqing; and Mo Qiu hotly pursued both.

Luo Jianqing’s body began to sway. He fled in panic on the surface of the sea, almost cornered.

The Master Hoodoo ran much faster than Luo Jianqing. The latter had no choice but start to use the power of his primordial life. Having taken great pain, Luo Jianqing could only keep a short distance with the Master Hoodoo. The huge spider kept spitting its venom, which sizzled on Luo Jianqing’s ward.

Mo Qiu spluttered, “Dare you come after me, you old fart!”

The Master Hoodoo ignored Mo Qiu. He kind of enjoyed this catch-up game. His attack put these two little b.a.s.t.a.r.ds into a flutter-the front one almost exhausted his energy, and the back one couldn’t catch up with him.

He would eat the front one first and then the back one.

Mo Qiu was terrified, “Hoodoo, I can’t believe that you are a Ninth-Level demon. You are just capable of bullying the weak?”

When he heard that, the Master Hoodoo was even more thrilled to see them screwed.

The Master Hoodoo sped up a little bit with his eight legs moving faster. When he was about to catch up with Luo Jianqing, the latter suddenly turned around and looked at him with a smile.

The Master Hoodoo was shocked. He lifted his front feet and planned to kill Luo Jianqing immediately before he could react.

However, hardly had he moved his front feet when he got tangled up by a flaming wire.

“Ouch! That hurts!”

The Master Hoodoo cried out as the pain struck him, yet the flaming wire hadn’t loosened at all. Suddenly, he realized that he had been tightly bound by tens of thousands of thin flaming wires! The flame was more scorching than the normal one. One thin wire might cause little pain, but what about ten thousand of them? They were enough to shackle the Master Hoodoo and rendered him paralyzed.

“You little b.a.s.t.a.r.ds!!!”

Luo Jianqing’s face was pale, but he curled his lips and said, “I’ve heard that you were subdued by this Dragon Shackled Flaming Array by the Grand Master of Tai Hua Mountain one thousand years ago. After all these years, you haven’t learned the lesson. Although you are far from a dragon, it’s still stupid enough to fall into the same old trap. You totally loaf away your thousands of years, don’t you?”

The flame sizzled on the Master Hoodoo’s body, making him roar painfully.

Of course, Luo Jianqing knew he was the weakest and got wounded. If the Master Hoodoo was dedicated to chasing him, Luo Jianqing would be doomed. But he still separated with Mo Qiu and ran oppositely to let the Master Hoodoo’s guard down.

He thought he had manipulated them, but never realized the array under the sea!

The Master Hoodoo followed them and stepped on each kernel of the array. When he entered the center the array, Luo Jianqing and Mo Qiu could finally strike back.

All the arrangement must be planned meticulously.

First, they had to find the weakness of the Master Hoodoo-he was afraid of fire. Then, they needed a powerful array. Luo Jianqing stayed in Tai Hua Mountain for many years, but he wasn’t good at array. He only had a vague memory of Dragon Shackled Flaming Array. Ultimately, he and Mo Qiu did a lot of improvements and arranged a similar one with difficulty.

The final step was to induce the Master Hoodoo into the array.

Every step was hard and extremely perilous. A tiny mistake could lead to a fatal result.

The Master Hoodoo struggled constantly and cried, “Let me out, and I will not kill you little b.a.s.t.a.r.ds!”

Luo Jianqing gazed at this huge ugly spider with a light smile, while Mo Qiu didn’t care about this demon. His pretendedly panicked appearance had gone, and now he curled his lips coldly. He fixed his eyes with coldness on this huge spider and sneered, “You just… call me little b.a.s.t.a.r.d?”

The Master Hoodoo rolled his eyes, “Fellow cultivator! Fellow cultivator! Just let me go, and I’ll leave immediately. I will never hurt… Ouch!!”

The blood-red whip flogged him, leaving a cut on his ugly face, and then the second whip, third whip… The Master Hoodoo was whipped once and once again, but his eight legs were shackled by the array, making him unable to resist.

After the whipping, the Master Hoodoo’s eyes were full of hatred. As Mo Qiu cracked the whip, the Master Hoodoo spitted a mouthful of black venom furiously. Mo Qiu narrowed his eyes and responded with a sneer. He threw out a blood-red bead, which collided with the venom, causing a deafening noise.

“You little b.a.s.t.a.r.ds! I’m gonna kill you!”
