The night seemed to go on forever as Mu Sijue’s car sped through the darkness.

Xu Youning wasn’t very familiar with City A. She didn’t know where the road led or where Mu Sijue was taking her, however, she could imagine it.

Xu Youning had heard from Kang Ruicheng that there was more to this clubhouse than met the eye.

Mu Sijue brought had her here, and what she saw just affirmed what Kang Ruicheng had told her.

Mu Sijue opened the pa.s.senger’s door and unfastened Xu Youning’s seat belt. “Get off!”

Xu Youning got out of the car, and looking around again realised that what she’d seen was only the tip of the iceberg, and that there were many other things here.

“You don’t have to search for anyone!” Mu Sijue said, “Kang Ruicheng will never find you here. Even if he found this place, he has nothing to do with it!”

Xu Youning believed that Mu Sijue wasn’t fooling her.

In addition to that, this place wasn’t just a clubhouse, even if it indeed was a clubhouse. The people who came in and out of it, and the security and defense system here were all very high level. She felt as if she was being held firmly in his arms.

His facial features were as cold as ever, chilling and stern. This is why people didn’t dare to approach him easily.
