The head of the Friends.h.i.+p City, Hikari, Olivia is a special G.o.d created by Shallow Vernal. She is an independent being, a G.o.d not under the command of a Supreme G.o.d, and only Shallow Vernal has the right to give orders to her.
She is responsible for managing the Friends.h.i.+p City, Hikari, preserves the original Treaty of Friends.h.i.+p, and directly manages the Festival of Heroes.
