The day after the martial arts tournament.
With clear weather upon us, we are walking down the town street.
We're going to buy new clothes for Firia. Hers were ruined during the tournament, after all.
“Yuri-san, come on, walk faster.”
Among the spa.r.s.e pedestrians, Firia walks in light strides in front of me.
“How rare for you to be in such a hurry, Firia.”
Normally she'd be the type who does anything in her own pace, or rather the type who drags other down.
When I say so, Firia pulls the neck of the clothes she's wearing.
“Because your clothes are too big after all, so I want to buy my own as soon as possible.”
“Well, our body sizes are different after all.”
Moreover, in my case since releasing my muscles will make my body grow to more than 2 meters tall, and these clothes were bought with such considerations, even for me they are pretty baggy.
Since the clothes are simply too big for her, it looks kinda messy, but since it somehow unexpectedly still suits her, I think it's the virtue of having beautiful face kicking in, huh.
To have whatever you wear suits you, isn't that kinda unfair?
The baggy s.h.i.+rt stretches to the Firia's knee, hiding the short pants Firia is wearing underneath.
Since my oversized s.h.i.+rt turns into a short dress-like on her, the pa.s.serby's gazes are attracted to her slightly peeking white thighs.
When breeze flutters her clothes, the surrounding men hold their breathes.
“Is there something wrong?”
Looks like Firia isn't aware of it.
“… No, nothing, or rather, let's get going.”
“Yes, let's go, let's go!”
Although the gazes are focused on Firia, somehow I'm the one who feel kinda uncomfortable instead, so I pick up my walking pace and head to the clothing store.
The store we visit is the same clothing store as before.
There's no reason to choose this store again, but there's also no reason to expressly switch to another store.
“You're going to pay it for me, aren't you, Yuri-san?”
“Yeah, I am.”
I've promised after all.
Hearing me say that, fascinating smile floats on her face as she places her hand on her pink lips.
“Should I choose the most expensive one, I wonder~?”
“… you, no mercy, huh.”
Recalling that there's that ridiculous 'Golden Dress'; who knows who'll ever buy it; at the entrance of the store, I can't help but let out a strained laugh.
As expected I don't think I have enough money to buy that one.
However, as a man of I'm, there's no way I'm going to renege to the promise I-
“Just kidding, Yuri-san, I want this one.”
When I'm contemplating as such, Firia picks up nearby clothes while slightly chuckling.
The one Firia picks is the exact same as before.
A dress with white base and pink gradation on the hems.
“Are you sure you want this same dress?”
I thought that she'd surely choose different clothes, but….
To my question, Firia nods her head.
“Yes, I want this one.”
Firia says so, so I buy the clothes.
I've promised after all, and if Firia's fine with it then there's nothing for me to say.
As far as I'm concerned, for her to like the clothes I chose, it doesn't feel bad at all.
After that, I also buy clothes for myself.
I often tear my clothes apart after all.
“Say, Firia, What do you think of this one?”
When I find an especially eye-catching one among the other clothes, I ask Firia for her opinion.
“Which one?” says Firia while turning towards me.
The one that takes my attention is black clothes with back and abdomen open which would expose my abdominal muscles.
Not to mention the fact that it won't be torn apart when I release my muscle, that's a hug plus in my book.
Speaking of its only flaw, it's that it doesn't exactly look like clothes at all.
“How's it, don't you think that it's quite a wild?”
“Rather than kinda wild, it's simply too wild. Now I'm certain of how hopeless your clothing sense, Yuri-san.”
And when she says “Or rather, rather than clothes, isn't that more of a cloth?” as the finis.h.i.+ng blow, I cease the thought of buying it.
I honestly think that it's a good clothes, but I can't afford to put unnecessary discomfort upon my partner because of the clothes I wear.
Good grief, just how much of a thoughtful man I could be.
“Not only am I a wise-man, I'm also such a gentleman, huh.”
“Please don't use two of such mysterious words at once.”
Or so Firia says while slightly chuckling.
