He asked Sun Yiyi and was told that her mother was recovering steadily. After using the incense he bought them, her mother's mood indeed became much calmer, or perhaps it was because she saw everything s.h.i.+ Lei did for them and knew that he was the right person to entrust Sun Yiyi to. Besides the comfort of such a thought, she knew that no one would be able to hurt Sun Yiyi even if something happened to her. Knowing that the call was from s.h.i.+ Lei, Sun Yiyi's mother smiled to her and said, "The doctor told me to walk around a bit more. The food is pre-made, so I only need to heat it up. Go eat with s.h.i.+tou. You youngsters should go out and do more activities." 

Sun Yiyi retold her mother's exact words to s.h.i.+ Lei whilst blus.h.i.+ng. He told her to wait as he rushed over. 

s.h.i.+ Lei decided not to greet Sun Yiyi's mother and he told her to wait for him in front of the main gate. He specifically reminded her to wear the dress he bought for her. When he arrived, he found her standing outside in her dress and jacket. 

After he greeted her, s.h.i.+ Lei instructed the driver to go to Qing Long mountain. 

Sun Yiyi jumped and asked, "Are we going to that mansion again?" She still felt that her experiences that day were unreal.  

s.h.i.+ Lei laughed and shook his head. "Qing Long mountain is huge and the mansion isn't the only thing there. I'm taking you to have some nice food today." 

"It must be expensive." Sun Yiyi scrunched her face. 

"They are all vegetarian, but it's so well made that it seems like meat. You can satisfy your desire to eat without gaining any weight. Don't worry, it doesn't cost much." 

Sun Yiyi didn't completely believe him but complied as she leaned next to him. 

When they arrived at Wu Wei Lounge, s.h.i.+ Lei held her hand as he lead the way in. 

As expected, Li Xiaoyu was on s.h.i.+ft. Seeing that a car drove in, she glanced over and saw s.h.i.+ Lei leading an extremely pure looking girl in. 

She quickly greeted them. Although Li Xiaoyu was doubtful, she smiled and said, "s.h.i.+ Shao, you are here! Why didn't you call first?" 

"We are not drinking today, just eating, so I thought it wasn't necessary to call in advance." 

"Then I'll organise Kuteng Laoshu(1) for you?" Li Xiaoyu asked. 

s.h.i.+ Lei thought. Xiaoqiao Liushui must be Wei Xingyue's favourite, but this Kuteng Laoshu seemed to come from the same poem. He didn't care anyways and nodded, agreeing to her suggestion. 

He could not go up by himself as he didn't know where the room was. Li Xiaoyu understood that, politely leading the way for them. 

As soon as they stepped out of the elevator, Sun Yiyi was astonished. How could she have ever been able to see anything like this before? It was nothing close to luxury. In other words, the outer appearance was not exaggerated at all. The beauty was all hidden in the stream before them and the greenery on both sides. 

"What a fresh place!" Sun Yiyi exclaimed. She believed s.h.i.+ Lei and felt that this place wasn’t so expensive, perhaps due to the hidden extravagance. 

Li Xiaoyu led them into Kuteng Laoshu, which was different to yesterday's Xiaoqiao Liushui. If Xiaoqiao Liushui was summer, then Kuteng Laoshu resembled late autumn.

s.h.i.+ Lei didn't know what dishes they should order. Hence, he mimicked Wei Xingyue and told the waitress to organize four dishes and a soup of their choice. He also ordered two gla.s.ses of juice. The price of the meal was most likely around 3,000 yuan, much cheaper than yesterday. The only difference was the cost of yesterday’s bottle of wine. 

When the dishes arrived, s.h.i.+ Lei realized that it was somewhat different from yesterday's as well. Although they were both delicate, s.h.i.+ Lei felt that the color schemes of the dishes fitted more with the name of room. 

They sure put a lot of thought into it. 

Sun Yiyi's reactions were like s.h.i.+ Lei's yesterday. She was shocked by the delicacy of the dishes and didn't know where to start, studying them for a long time. 

After a bite, the taste was unrealistically amazing and she expressed that she had never had such delicious food before. To s.h.i.+ Lei, he could not believe that everything was vegetarian and made from tofu. 

Today, s.h.i.+ Lei paid more attention. He didn't care about anything else other than eating the food and trying the “meat” carefully until he could slightly taste the tofu. 

Towards the end of the meal, Sun Yiyi finally realized that the “meat” was all tofu. She praised the chefs, exclaiming that they really were amazing. 

s.h.i.+ Lei paid for the bill outside, since he didn't want to scare Sun Yiyi with the price. After he returned to the room, his phone rang. It was a WeChat message from Wei Xingyue. 

"You sure are impatient. Taking your little girlfriend there to show off already?"  

s.h.i.+ Lei rolled his eyes and thought that it must’ve been Li Xiaoyu who told Wei Xingyue. How could she be so talkative? 

In fact, Li Xiaoyu wasn't that kind of person. She only knew that s.h.i.+ Lei was a guest whom Wei Xingyue brought. Wei Xingyue also seemed to be rather carefree and relaxed with s.h.i.+ Lei, unlike the sense of distance when she conversed with other rich fuerdais. She also knew clearly that although all the dishes were vegetarian, Wei Xingyue rarely ate so unreservedly and finished the food.
